Clean & great location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Very clean & love having a pool and the beach just steps from the back door.

Great 3day weekend

Stay was easy and what you would expect from a beech condo. It’s not the Ritz but you can’t get much closer to the beach. We felt like we had a private beach. The pool closes at 5 when they go home but you still have the beach right there. Would definitely stay here again

They had to make repairs which took most of our stay. Very disappointing. Other than that, it was just what I expected.

We love the location to the beach, however, it is in dire need of updating. Unit 245 and 243 were worn and not as sparkling clean as we would have liked. The service in the rooms was very difficult to get done. The refrigerator in 243 was rusted and the small refrigerator in 243S was as well.Cahirs in the kitchen were ragged with the fabric hanging on the bottom and the couch was dingy and dirty.

I keep wanting to return and enjoy it some more. It's great to be able to take a short walk to the beach of white sand, wade into calm water and enjoy a refreshing swim. Afterwards we would get together at the pool, which was always warm and enjoyable. Enjoyed meeting other guests who were always friendly. Only disappointment was the tub/shower was hard for both of us to get into.

We love Longboat Key, and have brought many friends there as well as our children, and now their children, this year we rented 7 units over Easter vacation for 1-2 weeks. The biggest disappointment is the lack of room service. We had a difficult time getting clean towels and got no response for the repair of the toilet that never stopped running. Also the rooms could definitely be cleaner.
