Bedrooms have been GENEROUSLY EXTENDED with brand new mattresses (8/8/2022), with "in-unit" WASHER and DRYER. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a pool view and steps away from the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your back door. Unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people: 1 king, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 sleeper sofa.

We loved this condo and the resort! Beach is quiet, low-key, family atmosphere, and beautiful, with LOTS of shells. Property is lovely with well-planned and maintained landscaping. We had never been to Longboat Key before and it exceeded our expectations. Just beautiful. The only thing we would suggest to the condo owners is to replace mattresses on beds. At the very least the king in the master bedroom. Big dips on both sides of bed—very uncomfortable. But everything else is wonderful. They had lots of beach equipment in the storage area of the unit that we were able to use—chairs, floats, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, etc. We will definitely stay there again if they put new, firm mattresses on beds.

Excellent location and pool!

Our stay was during red tide, so we didn’t get to spend any time at the private beach. However, the pool was really fantastic! Perfect temperature and large enough for all of the guests to use. The condo had everything we needed: beach towels, sand toys, floats, full kitchen, enough closet space and cozy beds. Loved having access to washer/dryer which aren’t available in all of the condos. The first floor with kids was awesome. They could go in and out easily to chase lizards around. The inside of the condo was a little dated and some of the furniture could use a nice cleaning. But, we didn’t spend much time inside anyway so it didn’t bother us. Will definitely stay at Sand Cay again and hopefully 108 for our next trip!

Perfect vacation condo!

The property worked out perfect for us. The check in was effortless and the staff professional and personable. The location was perfect as we had a family wedding next door at Zota. Will definately recommend to everyone! You can’t beat being right in the most beautiful beach with picture perfect sunsets. We had a blast. Thank you!

Enjoyable getaway

My husband I wanted to get away, but due to COVID we wanted to go somewhere less populated. We found this first floor unit, and It couldn’t have been more perfect. We were steps away from the pool, and a short walk to the beach. The unit itself was very clean. We brought all of our food, and there was plenty of kitchen items - pots and pans, blender, etc. for our needs.
