This Studio is in a quiet triplex and very private.

-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in

There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food. Hermosa beach is known for Volleyball and the tournaments. Hangout at the famous Hermosa beach pier with great night life. Lotâs of good music.
Walk Score rates the neighborhood `Very Walkable and Very Bikeable`, and if you wanted you wouldn`t need to drive anywhere.
-Several Beach Rental shops are less than a mile away for bikes and boards you can rent (Jeffers, Next Adventure)

Parking was not onsite as stated online description. Difficult to find a spot to park at night. Needed more towels and wash cloths for a 3 day stay. Suggest to ad outlet power strip(s). Suggest wall clock. Full length mirrors. Small travel cooler. Great convenience to beach. Kathryn was very nice answered our calls. Suggest flexible adjustable TV wall mount.

10 night stay. First night the door code did not work and they were unavailable/not answering so had to rent a dog friendly room at 9:30 at night for a sizeable fee. After about a week a stranger came into our room while we were sleeping because they were using the SAME CODE for both apartments. That poor gentleman almost got shot because of their error! It took almost 5 hours the next day for them to fix the lock. Only one night refunded for the "slight inconvenience" (quote from the owner).

Quiet stay near the beach
Loved the convenience of the apartment location, short walk to the beach, the small-town feel of the neighborhood. Never had difficulty finding a parking space. The owner was extremely helpful, and the little apartment was very clean. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio at Martha's, overlooking the ocean. (The palm tree on the gate always made me smile!)
