Welcome to your perfect getaway. This newly renovated and spacious home is your ideal retreat, offering a blend of comfort and style in a serene neighborhood walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. 

Step inside to discover a bright and airy living space adorned with comfortable furnishings and cozy decor, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is open and spacious and is fully equipped, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely setting for enjoying family dinners or sharing stories with friends.

There are 2 well-appointed bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 bathrooms, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and recharge. Each room is designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. 
There is a “den” attached to one of the bedrooms that has a fully equipped crib if you're traveling with your baby and a futon that can turn into a bed for 1 more person (maybe your older child can sleep on it. 

One of the unique features of this property is the connected guest house that shares the backyard, providing additional space for larger groups or families traveling together. This setup allows for both privacy and togetherness, making it perfect for larger gatherings. You can book the guesthouse separately in addition to this home.

The house is very cozy, confortable, clean, and cute. Room for four adults and a special space for a child or baby. Close to the freeway, restaurants, and shops but didn’t feel noisy. The host was friendly and responded quickly to messages.

Close to EVERYTHING!!

The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and updated. It has everything you could possibly need! It was a perfect place to let our little dog run around in the backyard and visit family that live close by. Worked out wonderfully for all of us!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect and central to everything we had planned. We were able to walk to different coffee shops each morning, dinner in the evenings and ended each night enjoying the lovely front yard. There are some local hiking trails nearby that provide a lovely view of the area as well.The host was amazing and responded very quickly. This place is a gem!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sanaz's Thousand Oaks property. Sanaz was very responsive and helpful. We were close to family in town and stayed with my 7 month old, 3 year old and the grandparents. It was the perfect set up with the kids in the little side bedroom off of one of the main bedrooms. We did bring a spring curtain rod and shower curtain to add some separation and it worked very well. The little kids nook is so cute, well stocked with books, toys and sheets for the crib and futon bed, even a boppy pillow. The property was clean and new and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again whole in town!

We had a wonderful trip to Thousand Oaks and staying at this property was a major factor. It has been beautifully remodeled and there was a lot of attention to detail with the guests in mind. From the lovely fresh flowers to perfect toddler room set up with toys the whole house is equipped for a wonderful stay. Our host communicated so fast and was so sweet. We enjoyed lots of fun days sight seeing and eating at yummy restaurants that were in the area. We will for sure return to this amazing rental!

Cozy, comfortable and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfortable house. The location is very convenient easy access to 101 , many restaurants in walking distance, nice large backyard for dog to run around, a park is close by. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. When we visit LA next time for sure we consider staying at this house again. Highly recommend it.
