Convenient Long Beach location, good parking. The “breakfast included” was a pot of coffee and a box of granola bars. There were packets of instant oatmeal but no hot water—all in the lobby with no place to sit. No grab bars in the “handicapped accessible” bathroom—I didn’t feel safe taking a shower. The bed was comfortable enough and there’s a kitchenette. If I wasn’t handicapped, I might stay here again.

The first room I was giving had a very foul odor and the furniture was chipped and terrible, our room did not have a couch, for it to be so many children in the building breakfast sucks, no apple/orange juice or little cereal boxes, I went to the bathroom at 3am in the morning and saw roaches crawling on the floor, the curtains looked like someone wiped the floor with them and then put them up, omg we have stayed at alot extended stay suites and this is by far the worst ever, and last but not least, the person staying over us walked so hard, I thought they were going to come through the floor, funny how I asked the lady that checked us in not to put us on the bottom floor and explained to her why, every night this person went out there way to be funny stomping on the floor as if they had been given a heads up to do so, very sad, I asked for security atlease twice and nobody ever came

This hotel needs to be shut down. It was disgusting; it was dirty and run down. And to make things worse it smelled like a mixture of smoke and a convalescent home.
