This picturesque hideaway is your perfect get away retreat. Located behind a private gate on the historic Kincaid Ranch and secluded Trancas Vineyards, overlooking Zuma Beach, just 1 mile from all amenities and Malibu’s main thoroughfare, Pacific Coast Highway. This home backs up to the Santa Monica Mountains National Park with direct access to hiking/biking trails. You can surround yourself in the peace and quiet of nature or join the locals as they traverse the road for their daily exercise, stopping in at our community Vintage Market, or our corner Starbucks along the way.

Luxurious finishes, featuring quartz counter tops and stainless appliances, including a dishwasher in the custom kitchen. Each bathroom highlights Italian tile, Carrera marble, fresh, fluffy towels, rain shower and pebble shower floor. The bedroom furniture and sliding barn doors are custom handcrafted Crisp white linens and comfy pillows adorning each queen size bed. The property is beautiful, as advertised. The views are amazing, even in rainy December. The beds are extremely comfortable, the layout is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so very much! The views from the porch and the quietness of the location were perfection! This location was also great for our adventures around the Malibu area! It was also nice to have the Vintage Grocers just down the road to grab a few snack and breakfast items.

Beautiful setting

This was a perfect place for our two-week stay. We loved the views of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. There's a very nice trail for hiking right next to the driveway. Convenient to groceries and restaurants, and many of the sights we hoped to see. The furnishings are very comfortable, with the two ensuite bed/baths separated by the central living/kitchen area.

Ideal Malibu stay

This is one of the top 3 properties we have rented ever. Ronin is a super responsive host with great suggestions about restaurants & other advice on offferings in Malibu. The property is beautifully decorated, super clean, the kitchen is well- equipped & it has the best view of Zuma beach & incredible sunsets. We highly recommend this unit.

This is a really special place. The view is truly unbelievable and you can look out from everywhere in the house. Interior is very comfortable and cool, even better than I expected from the pictures. Our host Robin responded quickly to questions. A great place to get away.

Gary and Robin are great hosts! This is a five star property, that is quiet with breathtaking views. We will definitely rent from them again. The location is close to everything in Malibu and is easy access in and out of the property. The rental space is updated and very clean. It also has a washer and dryer on the property.

Secluded Malibu getaway with amazing views

This property was the perfect getaway spot for us in Malibu. The ocean view from the front with the lovely porch including rocking chairs and the views of the mountains, valley and vineyard in back with the Adirondack chairs for relaxing were a delightful treat. We loved the bird and wildlife viewing, hiking the trail in back and the peaceful quietness of the property. We had easy access to the PCH and all that Malibu had to offer, including the lovely shopping center at the bottom of the hill. Would recommend it for a weekend adventure!
