The hotel is not situated in the nicest area. Parking is $30 and in a very tight underground space, which they do offer valet. The rooms don’t even have shampoo, the room was very clean. No iron in the room either. But I think my biggest issue was the noise and the beds were uncomfortable. All through the night there were alarms going off, people pacing up and down the hallway, and really loud party noises coming from our window. If you want to rest, recommend staying somewhere else.

We were trapped for approximately 5-10 minutes, which caused severe panic and anxiety. During this time, the elevator did not open and operate and did not respond to the emergency button, or the emergency phone did not work and the alarm button. Thank God that we have a signal and we called our family and informed them what happened. After the incident nobody asked us if were okay. Please ensure the inspection and maintenance of the elevator so this will not happen again. Thank you
