This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Beautiful modern home in the heart of Sherman Oaks, located a few blocks away from Ventura Blvd. 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home that can house 10 guests. Arcade games in the loft area. Heated pool outside with jacuzzi and bbq grill. Bright and open floor plan with plenty of windows. 8 miles from Universal Studios. 6 miles from The Getty. Spacious home to make memories with your friends and family.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED, no exceptions! You will be escorted off the property by the police and your reservation will be canceled. No refunds!

Pool/Spa Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 8-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature. Spa takes 45 minutes to 4 hours. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time.

There is a charge for pool heating for $80 a day. Let me know if you’d like to add it to your stay.

There is a grill, but you would need to purchase your own propane. There are two empty propane tanks at the home that can be taken to ACE Hardware or Home Depot to refill for a cheaper price.

No smoking in the home at all, there is a charge for $500 for smoking fee.

Vrbo do better! You are letting a “host” charge thousands of dollars to stay at this house in the greater Los Angeles area. Just a short list of many things wrong: outlet with no faceplate, large shards of glass on a window sill, faulty wiring that caused lights to just randomly stop working. All while the “host” claims they walked through the house before check in and that is was clean (definitely not true) and that they didn’t find any issues.FYI after research on my end I found this house on the other home rental site (hint hint) with other reviews much like ours.
