Stylish 2 Bedroom Home in Santa Monica

A stylish and Modern home perfect for business or pleasure in the heart of sunny Santa Monica.

Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.

I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The open floorplan is perfect to enjoy time with family or friends while cooking and relaxing in the stylish living space. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both located less than a half mile to stock up on all the essentials.

Excellent stay in this comfy Santa Monica home. We travel to Santa Monica 3-4 times a year to visit family. We have been waiting for a good VRBO near our son instead of staying in a hotel. Clean and stocked with everything you need, near shopping and some great restaurants! Can't go wrong with this place.

Everything was great except for the construction project that was gong on behind the property. Construction workers arrived at 6:30am on Saturday and were quite noisy most of the day. They used the driveway on for deliveries on both Sat & Monday. Other than that - all was great.
