The room was very clean and spacious. All the amenities that we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good, although there were a few items that were out early without replacing. Nothing too bad as they had plenty of options. We stay there often as it is reasonable and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Toilet seat was severely loose, almost fell off while wiping. The floor was so dirty that I had to rewash my feet after walking to the bed from the shower. The fridge smelled awful The towl service process must be hard to understand. They took the dirty ones but didn't leave clean ones... took 2 calls to get some so we could shower.

Room was very clean and for the most part, well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two complaints- 1. Ventilation system did not work. No air movement at all. 2. The room desperately needs a second, larger waste basket.
