Outstanding!

Unfortunately we only stayed here for 3 nights- wish it could have been longer! The property is beautiful, immaculately clean and in a nice quiet residential location, perfect for visiting Lucca, Pisa and the wider area. Fabrizio was a great host and spent time showing us around the property. Communication was excellent throughout, and he really has thought of everything. The bottled water on arrival was very welcome as was the Chianti! Grazie Mille Fabrizio, I hope we will return.

Gem in Lucca

We had an amazing time staying in this newly renovated spacious apartment. It's only 5 minutes from the city walls, it's so peaceful and quiet but yet everything is so close (Lidl and Conad are literally one minute away, easy to pick up all the stuff you need). We absolutely loved how the apartment is arranged, immensely comfortable beds, soft bedding and towels, all the little details. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, water in the fridge, and coffee. That was such a nice touch of our host. Highly recommended!!! We would definitely come again and will tell all of our friends about our stay. Pisa, Viareggio and other cities are such an easy drive from here to explore as well.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die Bäder und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr angenehm und beinhalten alles, was man benötigt. Ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Der großzügige Garten und der Sitzbereich tragen ebenfalls zu einem angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt bei. Fabrizio hat uns sehr nett empfangen und stand immer kurzfristig für eventuelle Fragen zur Verfügung.

TOP Unterkunft, leider zwei störende Geräuschquellen

Es handelt sich um eine TOP Unterkunft, alles genau wie in der Beschreibung, sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, Fabrizio ist ein netter und unkomplizierter Typ. Es gab leider zwei Geräuschquellen, die z.T. störend waren: 1. Aus der Wohnung oben hört man ständig Trampeln, Poltern und Stühlerücken - Filzgleiter unter Stühlen würden helfen! 2. Schräg gegenüber auf einem öffentlichen Platz treffen sich täglich in den Abendstunden Jugendliche zum Ballspielen, Moped vorführen, Musik hören etc. teils bis in den späten Abend/Nacht hinein....das schallt durchs ganze Wohngebiet aber irgendwie sagt keiner was (außer einmal der Nachbar) hier könnte man mal gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme einfordern.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Alles entspricht den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Das Appartement ist sehr gut, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.In der großen Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Wohnzimmer ist zum Wohlfühlen mit großem Smart-TV. Die Schlafzimmer und die Bäder sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, so dass man den großen Garten sehr gut genießen kann, besonders angenehm ist der überdachte Sitzplatz mit großem Tisch und sechs Stühlen. Der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter war jederzeit problemlos möglich und sehr angenehm.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt

Von Fabrizio wurden wir herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Nur eine Anmerkung: es gibt keine „normale“ Kaffeemaschine. Diese vermisst man allerdings nicht, denn es gibt so leckeren und günstigen Kaffee in den Cafés rundum - und Lucca ist wirklich ein Traum und superschnell zu erreichen. Gefrühstückt haben wir immer im Garten, das Ambiente dort ist toll - und es duftet überall nach Jasmin. Herrlich. Eine Anregung könnte man eventuell noch machen: Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer, denn Stechmücken gibt es doch einige. Jedenfalls eine tolle Wohnung, von der aus man sowohl die Hügel zum Wandern, das Meer zum Schwimmen und die tollen Städte der Toskana besichtigen kann. Jederzeit wieder 😊

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine tollen Aufenthalt in Fabrizios Appartment gehabt in dem wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Lage etwas außerhalb ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Region ( Florenz, Pisa) und Lucca ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Fabrizio war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt

Eine ganz besonders schöne Ferienwohnung! Es ist modern sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet… ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Ideal von den Räumen und sehr großzügig. Der Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund und ich konnte jeden Morgen meinen Kaffe in der Sonne genießen. Der angrenzende Damm und der Weg entlang des Flusses war wunderschön um entspannt mit dem Hund zu laufen . Fabrizio ist ein ganz besonders netter Gastgeber wir können die Wohnung vollstes weiterempfehlen. Einkaufen, Restaurant und eine besonders leckere Eisdiele ganz nah. Tolle Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, und ans Meer. Grazie 🙏

Wir dürften eine Woche in Fabrizios Wohnung verbringen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Zu vielen toskanischen Städten und zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein, eine nette Geste unseres Gastgebers. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jedem Fall empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Aufteilung der Räume ist für zwei Paare ideal. Sehr schön ist der Garten mit der ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. An das Meer zu fahren ist nicht weit und auch andere sehenswerte Orte sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden sicher noch einmal buchen.
