Vacances trÚs agréables

L'appartement est bien situĂ© en plein centre de Lucca. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ©, il y a tout le confort, mĂȘme des vĂ©los pour circuler en ville. Lucca est une ville charmante oĂč il fait bon vivre et les italiens trĂšs accueillants. Tous les ingrĂ©dients sont rĂ©unis pour passer de belles vacances.

Super appartement en plein centre historique de Lucca, totalement au calme. Superbe confort.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine exceptionnelle Ă  "La Casa Mirella" Ă  Lucca. Tout d'abord parce que Lucca est une superbe ville, avec un centre historique propre et bien entretenu. De trĂšs nombreuses rues commerçantes piĂ©tonnes, Ă©normĂ©ment de restaurants en terrasse, absolument tout le commerce nĂ©cessaire. Ville trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  sillonner en vĂ©lo, dans les rues ou sur les pistes cyclables amĂ©nagĂ©es. La circulation limitĂ©e intra-muros est dĂ©finitivement un vrai bonheur. L'appartement "La Casa Mirella" nous a apportĂ© plus que nous en attendions. Bien que situĂ© en plein centre, Ă  50 m de la piazza Napoleone, il est dans une rue trĂšs calme. Les fenĂȘtres Ă©tant trĂšs isolantes, on n'entend absolument aucun bruit Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement. Et comme la salle Ă  manger / cuisine et la chambre sont bien climatisĂ©es, nul besoin d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres. L'appartement est trĂšs rĂ©cent, meublĂ© avec goĂ»t, tous les Ă©quipements fonctionnent et sont en trĂšs bon Ă©tat. Plaques Ă  induction, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur - congĂ©lateur, four, micro-ondes, lave / sĂšche linge, lave vaisselle. CotĂ© vaisselle et ustensiles, rien ne manque. Nous n'avions jamais louĂ© un appartement saisonnier aussi bien Ă©quipĂ©. Chambre de grande dimension avec un lit trĂšs confortable de 180. Salle de bain de petite dimension, mais trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, douche Ă  l'Italienne. De nombreuses serviettes et torchons de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© sont fournis. Cette appartement peut contenir 4 personnes, mais nous le conseillons plutĂŽt pour 2 personnes. Cerise sur le gateau, 2 bicyclettes mises Ă  disposition des locataires. Ce fut vraiment gĂ©nial de se balader Ă  vĂ©lo dans les rues et autour des remparts de Lucca. Petite contrainte liĂ©e Ă  la limitation de la circulation, il faut se garer Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du centre historique. Nous avons utilisĂ© le parking gratuit situĂ© Ă  l'angle de la Via Barsanti e Matteuci / Via Delle Tagliate. Compter 20 minutes de marche "piano piano" jusqu'Ă  l'appartement, en passant par les rues piĂ©tonnes toujours animĂ©es. C'est trĂšs agrĂ©able et bon pour l'exercice. Si nous devons revenir en Toscane, c'est dĂ©finitivement Ă  la Casa Mirella que nous reviendrons.

A great place! Just like the photos. In the centre of Lucca. We sat with the front door open and listened to the bands at the festival we were that close. Well equipped apartment. Property manager was very efficient and friendly. 15 minute walk to the station & 5 minutes walk to the city wall. Would definitely stay here again.

Casa Mirella is a lovely apartment with convenient access to cafes, restaurants and concert events. We feel fortunate to have stayed there. The Bonus was communication with the Property Management team who was prompt in addressing any of our concerns.

Happy in Lucca, Italy

The apartment was very true to the photos. It was very comfortable and in a great location to get to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped and loved that it had a washer/dryer. I thought it would be noisy because it was on the bus line, but when you closed the shutters at night, it was so quiet, so easy to get a good night's sleep. Loved it, would go back again.

Lucca apartment stay

Overall a good stay in Lucca. There were some issues with wifi at first, with the wife, which took three days to resolve. Then, midway through our two week stay, we arrived home from a long day at the Cinque Terea to find that we had no heat or hot water. We spent a cold night and called Sonja the next day. She had it fixed that day. Sonja had it fixed the next day. Sonja was always efficient and helpful throughout our stay.

We have had a really great time staying at Sonia's apartment. It's really easy to find and in an excellent location. It is only a short 5 minute walk from the train station and it's also really central, surrounded by cafes, restaurants shops and the sites. The apartment itself is true to the photos and is very clean and picturesque. It is also very peaceful, with noise not being a problem. We were met by Mrs Sonia at the apartment who was really helpful and welcoming and told us everything we needed to know including a great place to grab a bite to eat that evening. She made us feel comfortable and told us to contact her if we needed anything. I'd recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks for having us!

Great apartment in lucca central to everything

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for one week at the end of March. The apartment is absolutely first class there is everything you need for your stay in Lucca. It is well positioned right on Piazza Napoleon and within walking distance of everywhere and everything. The apartment itself is immaculate and it has the most comfortable bed ever! Miss Sonia was very welcoming and helpful greeting us on arrival giving us all the information we needed to know nothing was a problem. We will hopefully return to lovely Lucca and stay at one of Miss Sonia apartments.

Wonderful cozy and new apartment!

The property was a perfect place to stay in Lucca. It was cozy who so many wonderful amenities - and all brand new. Larger bathroom for Italy and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and large wardrobe closets in the bedroom offered lots of space for clothing. Perfect location - would definitely stay again!

Stylish Accommodation, Great Location

Extremely well presented apartment to a very high standard with a good sized lounge/diner, modern and well equipped kitchen, small bathroom but tastefully decorated and lovely large bedroom, fitted wardrobes. TV's in lounge and bedroom and free wifi . The apartment had everything we needed. Excellent location; some noise from passing pedestrians but not that it bothered us. Arrived by bus, the station was about 5/6 minute walk away and we left by train which was approx 10/15 minute walk from the apartment. Happy to recommend and would stay again.
