Charming apartment at the most beautiful and central square Lüneburg

Idyllic and quiet in the middle of the Lüneburg city center is our little cozy apartment. Everything your heart desires is within a few minutes. Also on the Lüneburg main train station is just five minutes.

The apartment is fully equipped and both bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.

The apartment has 45 square meters and has been refurbished in December 2015 and renovated.

Also in the kitchen new appliances were installed (stove, oven, refrigerator). To the dishes a Miele dishwasher cares.

The spacious sofa invites you to relax and read a (a small library is available). In the living room you will also find a flat screen (92 cm diagonal screen size), which can be pivoted toward the bedroom if required, so that an evening of TV in bed is not handicapped.

The bedroom has a 180 * 200 double bed with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses. There is also for both people Blankets Oversized (155 * 220).

I myself live in Lüneburg and just five minutes from the apartment, so I am handing over the keys and other questions.

The neighborhood

The house has a tea shop is a café, which can always smell the stairwell gorgeous. From spring to autumn the café uses the wonderful courtyard (see photos) and offers, therefore, to have breakfast or coffee to drink, and of course in the winter - but in this case inside - make can.

The apartment is located 5 minutes' walk from Lüneburg train station, 10 seconds from the central bus station "Am Sande", adhere to the almost all Lüneburg buses.

If you travel by car, you must unfortunately use the surrounding parking lots, which I will, if necessary, willingly impart further information.

Zauberhaft ! Wirklich schöne Wohnung mit toller Atmosphäre. Liegt mittendrin, ist aber dank des Innenhofs Nachts absolut ruhig. Alle Hotspots sind zu Fuß erreichbar, StadtRad und Bus sind aber auch gleich um die Ecke. Auto stehen lassen, Parkhaus am Wasserturm kostet 15/Tag, das geht in anderen Städten deutlich teurer.Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Die Küche hat alle Basics, der Geschirrspüler ist ein Plus! Und der Fernseher lässt sich wirklich in alle Richtungen stellen ;-)Ich habe mich rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sicher wieder kommen. Lieben Dank Sarah, dass ich bei dir zu Gast sein durfte und für dein großzügiges Entgegenkommen bzgl. der Zeiten von Check-In and Out. Bis Bald !

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung könnte bezüglich Zentrum nicht besser gelegen sein. Im Umfeld gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt (Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.). Zum Zug-/Busbahnhof sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Lage der Wohnung (obwohl im Zentrum) , erfüllt auch alle Wünsche eines "Flachstraflers" (absolute Nachtruhe). Gerne kommen wir wieder! Schöne zentrale Lage

Und hat die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen. Sie lag direkt in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sauber und stillvoll eingerichtet. Der Innenhof war gemütlich eingerichtet und die angeschlossene Teestube war auch gut besucht. Wir persönlich suchen uns immer Ferienwohnungen aus, da wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen selber kochen wollen bzw. mûssen. Da fehlte mir doch das ein oder andere. Auch eine Lüftung im Badezimmer (wenn schon kein Fenster vorhanden) wäre besser gewesen. Der Altbau gab diesen Luxus allerdings nicht her und wir haben improvisiert. Das Umfeld mit Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Eisdiele und Restaurants war sehr gut. Selbst der Marktplatz war nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zwei Parkhäuser für 12,50 oder 20,00 Euro pro Tag in direkter Nähe. Wenn wir demnächst wieder nach Lüneburg kommen, ist diese Wohnung bestimmt Thema.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist so perfekt, dass wir in der Stadt alles unproblematisch fußläufig erreichen konnten. Super ist, dass es für Fahrräder einen abgeschlossenen Nebenraum gab. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Grefe war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke - wir haben es bei Ihnen genossen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit kurzen Wegen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt hier. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden. Trotz zentraler Lage war es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es gleich vor der Haustür. Tourist-Information und Museeen waren fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Klein aber fein!

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich gar nicht sooo klein! Alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Alles sehr heimelig und kuschelig eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Und die Lage ist wirklich super! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war 1a. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Lüneburg ist wirklich eine Reise wert und diese kleine aber feine Wohnung ist es allemal wert gemietet zu werden!

My wife and I really enjoyed this nice and comfortable house! Located in the main town's square of old town featured by the medieval houses (amazing place!) and it is also close to the railway station.
