Very clean room, great location, friendly staff. My only comment is that the elevator didn’t work and there are a lot of stairs (we were on the third floor which was the equivalent of 12 sets of stairs), so if you like stairs - great, if you’d prefer less stairs, ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor, unless of course the elevator works. The room is really nice and it’s quiet.

We really enjoyed our three night stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were very nice and the room was very quiet. We slept well here. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed walking to everything we wanted to do. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Charm and style!

The hotel has so much charm and style! The bedding was very comfortable and the amenities were top notch. We had a room on the 4th floor with a huge balcony that was lovely. The location was perfect for visiting the Vieux Lyon and so many other areas.

The red hotel!, The carpets, walls and furniture are red, so it feels dated. No real lounge or outdoor space, just an internal bar. The staff and location were excellent. Also, the breakfast was very good

Look beyond negatives and a good hotel.

Staff excellent and room was nice. The bathrooms were poorly designed with sink facet not properly clearing back of sink and barely reaching beyond the back rim. They were high up so more water landed behind the sink than in the sink proper. Forget thinking about rinsing out your small clothing items...
