Shower without curtain with half inch raised divider causing splash water out. Leaking shower head seen in room 1222 we stayed. Location wise is NOT convenient for elderly or wheelchair people due to long walk to Haram and specially for Roaza Rasool or Riazul Jannah is diagonally opposite from this hotel.

I stayed four nights in this hotel. The staff is very professional and nice, including the room service team, but the hotel itself is outdated and needs a lot of work. I had to ask them to fix my door opener card every single day. I had to call the service team to fix my bathroom shower drain one hour after checking in. There are 4 elevators that service 14 floors. Each one can handle 5 to 6 people only, not 10 as they say inside there, so you need to wait, wait, and wait to go up or down. Also, the breakfast wasn't that good.

Terrible hotel experience

Terrible experience. The male reception staff were rude. Bell boys were nice. The room was supposed to be for 3 pple but they gave me Quadruple room and that made room crowded. Also zero light only two small lamps! The room was dark and gloomy. I dont like the reception men they just have zero manners. I will not stay there even though location is great because its so close to our beloved prophet’s (pbuh) mosque
