2-bedroom apartment with a modern design, fully equipped and with a wonderful location in the best neighbourhood of the city, in the Salamanca district, with all the services for a perfect stay in Madrid.Located in the fourth floor of a building with elevator, with nice views of the main street from the living room, it has great luminosity. The bedrooms offer silence and tranquillity, away from the noise of the streets.It has a very luminous living room with a wide seating area, including a sofa bed for 2 guests, a flat screen smart TV with internet connection, and nice balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and full tableware, and it has a wide dining area.The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a total capacity for 6 guests with the living room sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed formed by two adjacent twin beds, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the second bathroom is located on the hallway. There are plenty of closets in the hallway and bedrooms, and the entire apartment has been recently renovated with materials of the highest quality. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and free, private WiFi with optic fiber connection.The building has concierge and it is surrounded by restaurants and shops, and walking distance from the main leisure area of the Salamanca district. The area has immediate access to all means of transportation to move quickly and easily around the city.

Fantastic location!

The apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer, and all appliances. It was comfortable and spacious. But most of all, the location was just perfect. Close to supermarkets and a good choice of restaurants. Calle Serrano, the most chic street in Madrid, is steps away.

Perfection!

This property was simply perfect for our stay in Madrid. We were visiting our daughter who is studying at school just a few blocks from this property, which had everthing we needed. It was spotless, well stocked, and spacious. There's a great coffee shop next door, a grocery around the corner, and lots of reataurants all around. Most taxi / car rides we needed from the property were 10 to 15 euros, so very convenient. Will stay here again in the future!

Very Pleasant 4 day stay

Was impressed with accommodations. A few items were in need of attention though. Bedroom night lamp not secure as well as side shelf next to bed. Master bedroom bathroom door handle came off because door sticked. Would have been trapped in bathroom if we had completely closed the door! Lastly, the window/door entry to patio had an upper hinge issue. Overall the accommodations were very nice in a quiet part of town.

Location was great. Apartment was clean. Only two sets of bath towels, no paper towels, no instructions for washer/dryer combo... spent considerable time online trying to figure it out. Back sliding door didn't work properly. Wasn't able to cast to TV, and programing was very limited. Oh, and you can't use the microwave and wash clothes at the same time... pops circuit for entire apartment. Luckily the building super was still there and able to fix.

Excellent Location. Clean and Functional Apartment

Everything was great. We loved the apartment building and the neighborhood. The management is very helpful. The only warning I would list- because this is the only way you will know- is the unit above my bedroom was being renovated starting at 8 am every morning- constant hammering, sawing, and drilling- All. Day. Long. Because it rained sideways for 8 days, we did not leave early AM to enjoy the parks as planned, so the noise was noticeable. According to neighbors, other units are scheduled for renovation, so you might avoid the building this spring/summer or ask about the status of construction projects, especially the one above this unit, before booking.

Un buen alojamiento, confortable y muy bien ubicado

El piso está reformado, bien ubicado, espacioso, bien climatizado y confortable. Lo único que deberían renovar es el colchón de la cama del dormitorio principal. Cocina bien equipada con detalles de bienvenida y perfecta comunicación con la empresa encargada.
