So I was a little skeptical to choose this place because I always read reviews. The location was ideal to the metro and itâs close by to so many other spots like Gran Via,the famous San GinĂ©s Churros. When we arrived and entered the receptionist greeted us and was lovely. She ran to hold the door open as we tried to get our 4 luggageâs inside. She let us check in early too! She held the elevator door open and went with us to the room to ensure we knew how to unlock the electronic keypad. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor. We had a balcony view which was pretty cool and looked down into the street. The room was spacious and the largest room I actually had during my trip. The only downside was at night we were able to hear either the room upstairs or next to us, I couldnât figure it out. They were a bit loud and we could hear their conversation. And you can hear the pipe system too, so when someone flushes upstairs you can be at the water go down the pipes. But overall the room was clean, hospitality was great, location was good. Downside is if youâre not a heavy sleeper that might be an issue.
