Bella Vista (Beautiful View) is a VERY CLEAN and beautiful home with Central Heat and Air in the Mountains of Maggie Valley, NC near the Smoky Mountain National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located 35 minutes west of Asheville this private setting is in an area with nearby streams and hiking trails and is easily accessible with paved roads. You will enjoy the fabulous mountain vibe with views from the great room and master bedroom, as well as when you are relaxing in the hot tub, barbecuing and dining on the deck or sipping a cold drink while watching the colorful hummingbirds and songbirds.

You will be located only minutes away from many popular attractions such as the Biltmore House and Gardens, Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah’s Casino, Blue Ridge Parkway, numerous championship golf courses, horseback riding, exciting whitewater rafting, snow skiing at Cataloochee Mountain, Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Railroad, gem mining, as well as delightful craft and antique shopping and dining in Asheville, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Dillsboro. Viewing the elk in Cataloochee Valley is also a wonderful treat.

You will appreciate all the amenities of this Non-Smoking home such as a central heat and air conditioning, wood floors throughout, wood burning fireplace, refrigerator, ice maker, new electric oven/stove, microwave and full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and everything you would need for a gourmet dinner. Besides relaxing in the step-down great room, which has lots of floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the wonderful view, you may want to enjoy the SmartTV (55" ) for streaming or Blue Ray DVD player. Wireless internet access is available for all your electronic devices. The master bedroom includes a new comfy king size mattress (read the reviews) and adjoining bathroom with NEW walk in tiled shower. It also features a 42” SmartTV and private deck with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while catching up on what's happening in the world or watching the songbirds. The second bedroom includes a new king size mattress, 42" SmartTV for streaming and also has a private bath.

This cabin has implemented enhanced CDC cleaning measures. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.

Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. In order to prevent separation anxiety-induced damage from your usually well-behaved pets, we ask that you either take your pets with you or crate them when you are not going to be with them.

We have another cabin Bella Vita VRBO# 2427882. Feel free to inquire about it. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin located within walking distance to Bella Vista and has all 5 star reviews.

For those of you who have not spent much time in the mountains, most cabins do not have curbside garbage pickup. There is a free pull through recycling center within minutes so we ask our guest to simply take their bagged trash to the center when they are headed out for the day. Trash cannot be left outside since we have too much wildlife in the area.....think bears, elk, racoons, groundhogs, turkeys, coyotes, etc. The directions to the recycle center is located in the cabin. It's just one more unique experience of mountain life. As a convenience and for those who choose not to take their own trash, the housekeeper will take it for $5 a bag.

Unfortunately, it rained and was foggy for the majority of our stay. The view was clear of trees and the tree colors were gorgeous. The cabin was cozy and very clean. We really enjoyed making s’mores in the fireplace and the fact that wood was provided. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking equipment needed as well as food wraps and storage bags. K-cups and tea bags were also provided. Bed were very comfortable with nice warming mattress pads. Lisa’s communication was very prompt, and she was ready with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in Maggie Valley.

Nice cabin. Had a little problem with the keypad.

Nice view of the valley and mountains. We didn’t travel around much due to our dog’s age. The living room could use some curtains for watching TV. We enjoyed the hot tub and the porches. Wasn’t cold enough to use the fireplace. Overall very good vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of spending the weekend with my best girlfriend of 44 years from high school. We each brought our husbands with us. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend this special weekend. We were so pleased with all the thoughtful things that this host provided. From the flashlights and phone chargers by the beds to the emergency numbers on the fridge including fire police and towing to the list of great places to eat and local attractions. Plus so much more that I won't even list here. The home was beautiful, inviting and so comfortable. This will be our go to place in this area for the future. I can't wait to return. Cataloochee and Relax

Hard to imagine better views in the area! We started the trip off with skiing at Cataloochee and used the back end of the trip to relax at the cabin. Super close to grocery stores, incredible golf and skiing, antique and souvenir shops, great restaurants, biking and hiking trails—Bella Vista is where you want to be when it’s time to unwind and take in the breathtaking mountain scenery. The cabin’s cozy atmosphere and stunning views from the living room made it the perfect retreat after our adventures, and sipping coffee while enjoying the mountain views through the large windows was the perfect way to start each day. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property and location!

This property was perfect! The house is pristinely clean, very cozy and comfortable, provided privacy and quiet. After a day of hiking, we looked forward to sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and a book followed by the hot tub, all with an amazing mountain view. Communication with Lisa was easy and informative. Beautiful location to visit and hike the Great Smokey Mountains, visit Lake Junaluska walking trail that encircles the lake, rent a kayak or go swimming in this pristine lake. A little slice of heaven

Our weekend stay was absolutely wonderful. The cabin is as comfortable as home, but with a much better view! Lisa put so much thought into the extra touches - like bird seed and hummingbird water to keep the bird feeders full. We really enjoyed the hot tub and just how peaceful it was out on the deck. And did I mention the view? Whenever I hear the term million-dollar view, it will remind me of our stay at Bella Vista.

Fantastic mountain getaway

We booked a last minute trip for the MLK long weekend and just wanted a relaxing place with Mountain views - we got that and more! First, the host was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The home is located above most of the others in the neighborhood so it really felt private. The kitchen had every item you might need and the wood burning fireplace was a fun treat. Plenty of hot water and towels too. The only thing I’d change is that we didn’t get snow - if the hosts can find a way to control the weather, that would be even better! :)

Great Mountain Getaway!

We had a wonderful quiet Thanksgiving at Bella Vista! Kitchen had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. The best part was being able to bring our dog! Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful; we will definitely visit again!

Beautiful, fun, clean and peaceful

We enjoyed our 3 day stay so very much. The cabin is cozy and provided with all the little details that make it feel like home. We loved hanging out on the deck, looking at the view and watching the birds. The hot tub was sparkling clean and refreshing. The cabin is very close to the Smoky Mountains National Park and all those activities, as well as Waynesville with great restaurants. This was the best VRBO stay I’ve had, hands down. Thank you so much!
