The sunny and open living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and large panoramic windows for wonderful light and a view of greenery.
From the living room you can access the open kitchen. The high-quality kitchen is modern and fully equipped and invites you to cook and enjoy.
The cozy dining area is also in the living area. An additional integrated wall cabinet is available for sufficient storage space.

The bedroom is also comfortably furnished with a large bed 200x180 (7 zones cold foam mattress) and chest of drawers.

The bathroom was completely renovated in June 2019. It is modern and has a bath with shower.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem MFH. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, kleine Gassirunde in der Natur konnte direkt vor der Tür gedreht werden. In der Wohnung findet sich nahezu alles, was man für einen Urlaub so braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war total nett und unkompliziert

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung
Wohnung in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Grünen. Man hört die Straßenbahn, auch nachts, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Sympatische Unterkunft am Stadtrand
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, prompte Kommunikation, gute Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Recht ruhige Lage mit Straßenbahn-Haltestelle vor der Tür. Die 70er-Jahre-Grosswohnanlage nebenan ist triste, aber auf der anderen Seite ist man auch schnell im Grünen.

Unser Urlaub in Mainz
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Mainz. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und in die Innenstadt von Mainz gelangt man ohne Probleme mit der Strassenbahn.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Mehrparteienhaus in einem Vorort von Mainz. Wir haben sie gemietet, weil in unserer eigenen Wohnung Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Wir haben die Zeit in der sehr hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung genossen und uns fehlte es an nichts.
