Positioned at the foot of the Lattari Mountains, Maiori is the largest village on the coast, boasting over a kilometer of sandy beaches. Unlike the more tourist-heavy towns along the coast, Maiori retains its vibrant, local atmosphere, especially in the evenings, providing a more authentic experience.

Recently renovated, this second-floor apartment (accessible by elevator) combines modern comfort with traditional Italian charm. Decorated in soothing shades of white and blue, the apartment features beautiful Vietri majolica tiles, reflecting the coastal heritage. It is fully equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The house covers over 120 square meters all in one level, ideal for up to 6 guests, Upon entering, you'll find a short hallway leading to an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette which includes an electric oven, four-burner electric stove, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and filter coffee maker. This bright, well-lit space also features a large dining table that seats six, a three-seater sofa, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed, access to a small veranda equipped with the washing machine. Second bedroom with two single beds; third bedroom with double bed with access to a small balcony with coffee table and chairs. The two large bathrooms are with showers.

Parking: A car is not necessary for your stay, as everything you need is within walking distance. However, if you have a car, there is private parking available about 300 meters from the property. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance and are subject to a daily fee (min. €25-30), payable locally upon arrival.
