Located in the heart of the city and next to the most popular areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom apartment is the proper place for families or friends.

Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment

90 square meters size and up to 6 people capacity, it is an accommodation with the best qualities to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

The living room has a two-seater sofa that can become easily a double bed and a large window overlooking the square. Next to it, we will find an American kitchen on island perfectly equipped with white and metallic colours, in addition a dining table with capacity for up to six people. Next to the living room, separated by a glass wall, we will find the first room with a double bed. Apart of this, we will find the second room.

Equipment and facilities: a television with satellite channels, High Speed ​​WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding , towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.


Location

Located in a completely rehabilitated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic and busy places of the city, the Plaza de las Flores, annexed to the Plaza de la Constitución, epicenter of Malaga's life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios street and San Juan street, is part of one of the most frequently frequented areas of Malaga life, because of the large number of small businesses along the surrounding pedestrian streets, where you could enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.

Great location, Nice apartment
We really enjoyed our 5 week stay in this very nice apartment in a perfect Malaga location. The Las Flores plaza is wonderful with great cafes and very close to everything you want to see.

Great location - bathroom needs work
The apartment was very nice. Kitchen lacked some utensils but was functional. But the bathroom definitely needs some work. The shower stall leaks water along the base of the wall next to the toilet (joints needs to be re caulked). The vanity (sink and cabinet) needs to be updated and the shower needs a good scrub because there is red mildew growing.

Unfortunate experience
The location of rh place is perfect. The place is really nice but hasn’t been kept Properly. The shower clogs everyday ( they left caustic sofa for that purpose in the kitchen) and one of the power circuits blew for three days in a row at the end of the trip. They sent someone to look at but didn’t do much so the last three days we had no fridge, internet, tv or washer . The answer promptly but don’t fix things right. Blinds don’t work well either. Really sad because they offer a free night on the next stay instead of money. Won’t stay there again unfortunately.

City centre gem.
Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Walking distance from every attraction the town has to offer (and it has plenty). Easy to find also, which is important in a city like Malaga with it's myriad of ally ways and small streets. Some bits and pieces could improve the apartment (only 2 wine glasses for a 6 person place). But that's being picky. Would definitely recommend this place.
