This property boasts two living areas, two kitchens (1 full kitchen & 1 kitchenette), five large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Overall a nice stay. The house is basic but was all we needed. Two of the queen beds were too hard to be slept in and people opted for floor instead. The upstairs shower had amazing water pressure. But as other guests have noted the upstairs kitchen was not able to be used. There was no hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods etc, however we contacted them and they were happy enough to drop them off.

Not what I expected

Holiday started off badly when we turned up at 57 Lakeside Drive (as advertised) to discover a fenced off home being built, thinking we'd been scammed! Took us a while to find the real house at 1 Broome St. Advertised as bedroom 4 having 2 queen beds, there's only 1. Bring everything, not just your linen and towels as requested by the agent, you will not be supplied with basics like toilet paper, handsoap etc despite having 2 toilets and being able to sleep 13 people. Despite 2 kitchens, the upstairs one can't be really used to make anything and utensils provided in that kitchen were rusty. Also not impressed with open rat bait left lying around the place, not in a bait station, when the house is advertised as family/kids friendly. Venue was tidy, not clean, very dusty surfaces. Beds were either rock hard, or sagged in the middle. Convenient location to the lake to walk around to town.

The house was perfect for 9 people fishing, plenty of room for everyone. Only bad point was that i had no massage about how to get in, got in touch with the real estate who were very helpful. We do enjoy the staying at the house.

Disappointing Oli’s

This property was not as good as we thought it would be. Even though the sleeping caters for 12 the cooking facilities catered for 4-5. Kitchen was very small, oven was dirty and had not been cleaned. The barbecue was also dirty and the gas bottle was empty. The lawns had not been mowed for some time and were at 30cm. Overall the house had not been properly cleaned. We originally we booked for 9 , but only 7 went, the upstairs kitchen table only seats 4. Very disappointed.

Comfortale with 10 people staying.

Olies was just as it is advertised, comfortable for 10 blokes fishing. Plenty of room and parking for 4 cars and 3 boats. Good location to boat ramps, Jetties were in easy walking distance even with fishing gear. Only complaint is that there was no contact about how we were supposed to get in, had to chase around for 2 hours at 2oclock on a Saturday for a way to get into the place.
