Waterside Unit 6 Mallacoota

This awesome, spacious deck overlooking lake 200 metres from your shared jetty was recently renovated to take advantage of wonderful lakeside views. One block from bakery, bait and tackle, cafes and hotel. 7 mins stroll to surf, 3 mins to hotel and shops. Sit and watch the view and have a barbeque.

Unit 6 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.

It includes reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating.

There is plenty of parking on the grass on the right hand side between the cement main driveway and Unit 5.

Parking also in the back paddock next door - entry 3 Dorron Ave, Mallacoota ( next to Unit One). Boat mooring at your jetty below. You can see your moored boat from the front veranda.

Pets are welcome both inside and outside the units. Remember to bring your pets own bedding. Remember to put anti tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks).

The unit has a high paling fenced garden to help slow down your pets or kids.

In summary unit 6 offers huge deck, two bedrooms, Laundry, Lounge Kitchenette, Microwave, Electric stove with oven, Showers, Barbeque, Plenty of Parking for boats, beautiful water view, One block from the bakery, free Wi-Fi.

Unit met our needs with the view and location being fantastic. Shane was very helpful and informative. Had the option of being completely self-sufficient or a very short stroll to the Mallacoota shops. We will definitely be back and will book the same accommodation.

Perfect location and well appointed

Such a great location - the deck is a dreamy spot at anytime of the day. Recent renovation makes everything modern again. Super comfortable beds and quality linen. Everything you'd need in the kitchen. And a great dog friendly space and yard. Walking distance to everything to love about Mallacoota!

Stay at Unit 6 Bruce's Holiday Flats

The unit was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the shops and the waterfront. The deck was superb providing a beautiful outlook over the lake. The jetty allowed us to moor our boat with convenient access during our stay.

This is our 5th stay at Bruces accommodation. We have stayed in the fisherman's shack as well as the units and again we were not disappointed . We will return it is a beautiful position looking out over the water. The unit that we stayed in had everything that you require for yor stay.
