The 250 year old and modernised holiday home offers a bright living/dining room with a stylish interior and a natural stone wall, a TV room with access to the rooftop terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, a staircase guard, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. Several highlights await you in the beautiful outdoor area! You can cool off in the pool in the small patio of the accommodation or enjoy the view from the balcony. Especially the roof-top terrace impresses guests with its view of the church as well as its cosy lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy meals from the barbecue or end mild summer evenings with a glass of delicious wine. Here the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten! Thanks to its ideal location, you can reach the town centre with a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés after only 200 m. To the dreamlike Cala Santanyí with its fine sand and turquoise blue water you get after 3.9 km or a 7-minute drive.
