Schöne saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Weihnachtsurlaub. Die Wohnung ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, das ist im Sommer sicherlich sehr angenehm. Im Winter hat es zur Folge, dass man die wĂ€rmenden Strahlen der Sonne nicht auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Da die Wohnung aber so nah an der Strandpromenade liegt, war das kein Problem, dort hatten wir viele sonnige Momente.

Die Lage ist recht nah am Strand, der Boden in der ganzen Wohnung schön neu renoviert. Allerdings haben wir es noch nie erlebt, dass das Bett nicht bezogen war. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Treppenhaus und sobald jemand mit lauten Schuhen hoch oder runterlĂ€uft, ist das besonders frĂŒh am Morgen doch echt laut. Die Ausstattung ist ok, der Tisch vor der Couch fehlt immer noch...

Very nice accommodation

Very nice accommodation and very clean and tidy, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing that let's it down is the very limited wifi and an extreme lack of english channels on the telly. Fortunately we had a netflix we could sign into. Location is great very near to shops and beach.

A great location in a great resort

We were very pleasantly surprised by Alcudia and what it had to offer - there is something for all ages and abilities. We were there in April so the resort was reasonably quiet which suited us.The accommodation is literally a 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and is spacious for two adults and is generally well equipped. There were a few differences between this HomeAway property and others we have used. As the apartment is managed by an agent we never had contact with the owner. The apartment has been refurbished but I would suggest that the towels and bed linen be replaced - they are quite old and definitely well used. Be aware that the apartment is only serviced at the end of the stay, we were there two weeks so there was quite a bit of washing to do! There is also a limit on the WiFi - we only used it for social media and listening to the radio a couple of evenings and had to ask for extra. I am not sure and never really got to the bottom of why the pool was not available and looking back at the pictures on Home Away I can see now that it was shut when the picture was taken - if you are booking and want to use it, it might be worth asking beforehand. A great destination and an apartment in a great location that has considerable potential.
