Ca S'angel
Located in the quaint village of Biniaraix, nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, within walking distance to SĂłller and just a 10 minute drive to Port SĂłller, this traditional mallorquin townhouse is a perfect base from which to explore âThe Valley of Orangesâ whether on foot, by bicycle or by car. Surrounded by exceptional beauty and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps, the valley is a favourite destination for people who enjoy walking, nature and eco-tourism.

The cosy lounge with wood burning stove has satellite television (Astra) and a wood burning stove for snug evenings in. There are two small terraces, one leading off the main bedroom and the other on the roof of the property with BBQ, two sun loungers and stunning views to the mountains and surrounding valley. The property is immaculately maintained with every comfort considered and catered for.
In Biniaraix itself there is a small plaza with bar for a snack or sun downer and the start of many hiking trails are on the doorstep.

Around SĂłller the landscape in spring is covered with oranges, lemons and olives. Beautiful local villages such as Biniaraix itself and Fornalutx are the best places from which to appreciate this landscape.
In any season, this area of Mallorca is a gem to behold and with close to 15,000 inhabitants, it is not one of the many tourist towns that entirely shuts down in winter.
This was the perfect place to stay for our family as we explored the island of Mallorca. It was so quiet and peaceful and the setting was beautiful! The space was clean and welcoming. It was easy to check in and we are so grateful for the gated parking space so we didnât have to manage parking on the narrow roads. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we enjoyed the drinks and snacks upon arrival. We enjoyed hiking to the town of Fortalux and the nearby trails. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!
Peaceful village house near mountains and walking routes
The house is spacious and comfortable and in an extremely quiet location as the village is not really a through-route for cars; the roads are very narrow indeed. It looks to be recently restored and has been very thoughtfully done. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace views and the tranquillity and the 25 walk down into town along quiet roads and through lovely surroundings. Beds and sofas very comfortable .Good base for walking and peaceful sleep. The kitchen was well enough equipped; we cooked most days at home. Magdalena had even left us a small welcome gift of her own olive oil and an orange marmalade which was a lovely gesture.
