Lovely rustic house in quiet location. Short walk to central plaza and tram, a little further to bus stops. Soller town and port both have plenty of character. Recommend!
This villa was just the right choice. Spectacular views from all the windows, a short walk to the city and all the amazing little restaurants, Soller has to offer. The only adjustment was not realizing before that we had to have Euro coins to run the a/c's that are only in the bedrooms, but they were cold and we slept comfortably once we got them going. The rest of the home was warm, but it was also the middle of summer, so this is to be expected. The home was very clean and had everything we needed.
We adored our time in SĂłller! The photos on the listing donât do it justice, the view is truly breathtaking. The place had so much charm. The only reason I didnât give it a 5 was because the AC costed 1 to use for 2 hours and we didnât have any coins so we didnât get to use it the first night. It was also a bit tricky to get it working. So just bring coins when you come!
Located in quiet street at edge of town. Keys collected within 5 min walk from property.
Very traditional village house with stunning views. Has two bathrooms but would have been useful to have bathroom on top floor as property has a lot of stairs.
Lively little garden to front
Lovely views from the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped. We stayed in March and found the living room dark. The downstairs bathroom felt damp. We chose this property because each bedroom had a separate bathroom, but the basement bathroom was a long way down. Also for the sunny sitting out area, but it faced east, so not warm enough or very sunny in March. We are in our mid 70's but pretty fit, so all the stairs were not a problem for us. They might be for others not strong in the leg. Maybe a mention in the description would be helpful ? A pint of milk waiting in the fridge (we're English!) or a few of the plentiful oranges would have been a "welcome offering" we would have appreciated. It became evident that the wi-fi was shared with the immediate neighbour.
Very authentic and quiet neighborhood close to everything!
We had a great stay at this property. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. There are beautiful views to the surrounding mountains and lovely sounds from close farms. We enjoyed walking the narrow streets to downtown which is really nice. From downtown the train departs to Port de Soller. Parking was a little tricky until our kind landlord helped us figure it out.
