The pretty and cozy country house is near Inca, in the heart of the island, has 3 bedrooms, one with air condicioning, and offers maximum capacity for 6 people.

The tastefully furnished finca has 125 sqm of living area and is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the living - dining room, satellite TV and internet connection (WLAN).

The kitchen, open to the living room, has a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



A comfortably furnished veranda leads to the outside area of the house. Ideal for outdoor dining with a view of the pool, the well kept garden and the mountains.

The private pool is 5 x 10m, surrounded by a lawn and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

A covered grill area with dining table and chairs can also be used in bad weather.

There is an outdoor parking on the completely fenced property.

The property is located in a quiet, rural area and yet only 2 km away from the city of Inca with its

many shopping facilities.

The nearest golf course is 23 km, 27 km to the sandy beach and 37 km to the airport.

This was an absolutely beautiful Finca. It looks just like the photos and has all the amenities one would possibly need. We especially appreciated the outdoor barbecue, sun beds and outdoor shower. And of course the air conditioning. The rooms, house and gardens were gorgeous. The owner and hosts were a wonderful to communicate with. Very friendly, kind and patient people. Thank you so much for making our stay in Mallorca perfect.

This place was amazing

This place was amazing. We went between Christmas and New Years and the location was clean, sunny, and perfect. The sun really warmed the house up and the heating in the house was nice when evening came. The Internet work REALLY well. If you are a cyclist, this location is perfect. You can access most of the cycling hotspots on the island from this location and there is tons of space to store your bike and relax in the sun after a ride.

today i left the house. had a great time in a quiet environment, and we felt very much at home. If you are looking for privacy, this is a great choice. the house is located in the middle of Mallorca wich is very convenient if you want to discover the whole island. we had everything we needed in the house. The pool doesn't have a heating system, I personally had no issues with that, but keep that in mind if you are going to visit off-season.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. Huis had veel ruimte, luxe ingericht, hele complete keuken en een fijne badkamer. In het bijgebouw nog een mooie slaapkamer met kleine badkamer. Zwembad heerlijk, fijne omheinde ruime tuin en goede buitenkeuken. Je voelt je veilig doordat hele terrein is omheind. Parkeerplaats op eigen terrein voor 1 auto. Zeer gastvrije Spaanse eigenaar, bij aankomst hele lekkere attentie in de koelkast, alles was perfect verzorgd!

Es war fĂŒr uns der perfekte Ort. Die Finca prĂ€sentiert sich wie auf den Bildern. Die In-als auch Outdoor-KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet und alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Die Terrassenmöbel sind hochwertig und bequem. Der Pool schön groß! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! 
 bis auf die Tatsache, dass das W-LAN nicht bis zum GĂ€stehaus reichte und Oma und Opa somit keinen Empfang auf der Terasse oder im Schlafzimmer hatten. FĂŒr uns nicht mehr relevant, aber es gibt keine SpielgerĂ€te oder Ähnliches fĂŒr Kinder.

Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Fotos.

Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt keinen Unterschied. 4 Betten und 2 Schlafzimmern im Haupthaus und 3 Betten im Nebenhaus. Die KĂŒche, Bad und Wohnraum sind sehr gerĂ€umig. Pool groß und tief genug und auch die AussenkĂŒche zum grillen einfach genial. Hinter dem GrundstĂŒck ist eine Schafsweide und man wird schön mit den lauten MĂ€hhh geweckt.

Wirklich unglaublich schön. Selten, dass ein Haus so exakt den Fotos und Angaben entspricht wie in diesem Fall. Alles war super sauber. Haus, Garten und Pool sind wirklich wunderschön, mit viel Liebe fĂŒrs Detail angelegt, hochwertig ausgestattet und top in Schuss! Die EigentĂŒmer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Lage am Stadtrand von Inca ist ideal, wenn man in Ruhe entspannen möchte. Und egal, wo man auf der Insel hin möchte, dauert es mit dem Auto selten mehr als 30 Minuten.

Die Unterkunft war super schön. Man hatte alles was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation war auch problemlos. Die Lage ist super als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge aber auch ein paar ruhige Tage am schönen Pool sollte man genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he. Die Stadt Inca, mit ihren Restaurants ist FußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊🌞.

Wir hatten ein wundervolle Zeit in der Finca, fĂŒr 6 Personen ist es perfekt. Das GrundstĂŒck mit Pool, Palmen und einem Garten mit Orangen und ZitronenbĂ€umen ist großartig um sich zu erholen. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Haupthaus und eins im NebengebĂ€ude. FĂŒr uns war die Lage perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir waren im Februar da und hatten großes GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter. Die Kosten fĂŒr Heizung und Strom lagen bei zusĂ€tzlich ca. 70 € fĂŒr 6 Leute pro Woche. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wĂŒrden gern wiederkommen.
