The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) surrounded by grass, which invites children to play and sunbathe on the loungers.

Beautiful Finca, Rural Tranquility!

To keep things simple - I'll bullet point the bits that matter :) Positives : - The vila itself is awesome, as are the grounds, the pool & the facilities. - It's safe and secure, so no issues there - It's close to everything (by car) - and far enough from everything to be silent aside from nature. - The night sky is fabulous! - There are some incredible restaurants in Sa Pobla - we recommend Place Vuit in the main square - amazing food and great location. Negatives : - MOSQUITOES!! If you go in summer - Go prepared! We thought we had - but forget the environmentally friendly citronella bracelets and sprays - they eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner - get DEET - it's the only thing that worked for any of us (we had to buy local after a few days of being munched constantly!) - also - go to teh local LIDL (about 5 minutes away in Sa Pobla) and buy the huge can of 'kill them dead' for about 2 euros (they do an outside version as well - but we only found it on our last day ARGH!) - The mozzies actually made it impossible for us to enjoy the outside areas after dusk. - Remember one of the shower rooms / toilets is outside and downstairs under the villa - and it's like running the mozzie gauntlet if you use it at night lol. - The beds & pillows are a bit hard if you like soft / mediums - but fine if you enjoy the firmness - Road in is bumpy - so rent an SUV All in all - it was a FABULOUS stay - and if there weren't so many places in the world to explore - we may return.

Great family holiday villa

Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Several places to relax and eat together as a family with shade during parts of the day. Good location for visiting surrounding areas. Mosquitoes were a problem - so be prepared. But to be expected at the time of year.

Wunderschöne Finca im Niemandsland

Es war sehr schwierig die Finca zu finden, zu mal es auch dunkel war. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung hĂ€tte auf jeden Fall geholfen, denn GoogleMaps fĂŒhrt einen zunĂ€chst ins nirgendwo. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, die Finca bietet viel Platz und jede Menge SitzplĂ€tze. Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum, schön wĂ€re es gewesen hĂ€tte man die Poolbeleuchtung anschalten können aber okay. Wir wĂŒrden die Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen, wobei man zu vielen AktivitĂ€ten schon ziemlich viel fahren muss, also Mietwagen definitiv Pflicht.

Wonderfull stay

We stayed 2 week at this finca. Finca is exactly like the pictures. Contact with the owners / agency was good. Its on a sandy road but 5 minutes to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the beach of alcudia, so the location is quiet good. Surrounding is great, no other houses near. You only have to be prepared that at night time there are a lot of insects. Mosquito, grasshoppers, cockroach, bats, spiders, bugs we have seen them all, but its ok when you have enough mosquito spray.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Finca

Die Finca ist in einem ĂŒberwiegend sauberen Zustand, hat zwar die ein oder anderen Makel (kaputte TĂŒrklinke im Bad oder TĂŒr in unterem Bad, die nicht zu geht), lĂ€d aber insgesamt zu einem erholsamen Urlaub ein. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt!

Geniale Finca Mitten in der Natur, jedoch entsprechend viele StechmĂŒcken

Die Finca ist super ausgestattet, hat 3 herrliche Terrassen, ein ĂŒberdachten Sitzbereich, sowie einen herrlichen Pool. Wirklich traumhaft! Die Kehrseite der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind dafĂŒr die extrem vielen StechmĂŒcken, auch wenn seitens der Besitzer viel dagegen getan wird, wurden wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Paare) stark zerstochen. Daher und auf Grund der Hitze in den Schlafzimmern (eine Klimaanlage wĂ€re schön gewesen) waren die NĂ€chte leider nicht erholsam. Hingegen an die unbefestigte und holprige Zufahrt gewöhnt man sich schnell. Insgesamt waren wir sehr glĂŒcklich mit der Finca, die Agentur war ein guter Ansprechpartner und das Organisatorische lief gut ab. Die Hausbesitzer sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Bilder entsprechen definitiv der RealitĂ€t. Vielen Dank fĂŒr schöne 12 Tage.

Beautiful Villa and location

We had a lovely week staying here. The property is very spacious so there's plenty of places to escape for some quiet time. Only thing that could be improved are the directions on how to get to the villa. We arrived in the middle of the night and we nearly didn't find it!!!

Schöne ruhig gelegene Finca mit großem Pool

Wir (6 junge MĂ€nner, 20-22 Jahre) kamen voller Vorfreude am Objekt an. Die Bilder sind mit dem Äußeren und Inneren der Finca identisch. Anreise war aufgrund der Lage etwas schwierig. Finca liegt an einem Feldweg. Check-In war anfangs etwas schwierig, Vermieterin kam verspĂ€tet nach Kontakt mit Agentur. Besitzer des Objekts sind sehr freundlich gewesen. VerstĂ€ndigung war etwas schwierig, da keine Deutsch- und wenig Englischkenntnisse vorhanden waren. Mit Google Übersetzer ist das allerdings zu schaffen. Freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit der Agentur (sehr hilfsbereit!). Vermieter kam einmal zum BewĂ€ssern des Gartens (mit AnkĂŒndigung) vorbei, auch hier wieder sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Leider viele StechmĂŒcken, obwohl mit Netzen an den Fenstern und SteckdoseneinsĂ€tzen schon einiges dagegen getan wird. Der Pool war sehr groß und sauber. In jedem Zimmer war ein Ventilator vorhanden. Leider gab es am Pool nur einen kleinen Sonnenschirm, allerdings spendet der große Balkon angenehmen Schatten im Garten. Das 2. Bad war nur ĂŒber den Außenbereich zu erreichen, optimal um sich nach dem Baden zu duschen. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und wĂŒrden die Finca auch wieder besuchen.

Finca-Urlaub vom 21.6.-28.6.2019

Wir (vier Erwachsene) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Obwohl der Vermieter beim Check-in nicht anwesend war fanden wir uns gut zurecht, dies aufgrund der Beschreibung die wir vorab erhielten. Die Finca bietet diverse Örtlichkeiten, ob man sich lieber in der Sonne oder im Schatten aufhalten möchte. Im Obergeschoss wo zwei Terrassen und der Wohn- sowie der Schlafbereich liegen ging immer ein angenehmer Wind, sodass die Hitze auch tagsĂŒber gut auszuhalten war. Der Garten mit dem Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Einen grösseren Sonnenschirm (oder auch zwei) am Pool wĂ€re nicht schlecht. Etwas erstaunt waren wir, dass das zweite Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette) nur ĂŒber die Aussentreppe zugĂ€nglich war. Andererseits war dies wieder praktisch wenn man im Garten oder im Pool war, so musste man nicht nach oben in die Wohnung gehen um sich abzuduschen oder die Toilette zu benutzen. Etwas speziell fanden wir die Wifi-Kamera im Wohnbereich welche wir erst am zweiten Tag bemerkten, diese dient wohl dazu den Eingangsbereich zu ĂŒberwachen- wir haben sie einfach gegen die Wand gedreht. Jaime der EigentĂŒmer war sehr nett, er kam einmal vorbei um die Pflanzen zu bewĂ€ssern, er liess uns am Abreisetag auch bis elf Uhr die Finca benutzen- es kamen an diesem Tag keine neuen GĂ€ste. Wir wĂŒrden die Finca wieder mieten. Chris

Groot huis met veel privacy

Fijn groot huis. Prettig dat er zowel vaatwasser als wasmachine bij huis was. Rustige omgeving. Je kunt beter overdag arriveren omdat huis s nachts moeilijk te vinden is. Houdt er rekening mee dat in april het nog te koud is om in zwembad te zwemmen. Prettig contact met eigenaren en home away. Snelle reactie op vragen Veel privacy. Handdoeken beschikbaar

Wunderschöne Finca in toller, ruhiger Umgebung

Finca war super ausgestattet. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: nur 1 Sonnenschirm am Pool. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in der Finca-dadurch ist es teils nachts sehr warm. Wir haben uns aber nach ein paar Tagen drangewöhnt und wussten es ja auch vorher. Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage, etwas versteckt. In Sa Pobla gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Beautiful villa ideally situated to explore North Mallorca

My family and I have just returned from an amazing week staying at Gomila. The villa exceeded all expectations and turned out to be perfectly situated to explore the nearby resorts of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Playo del Muro. each being reachable within 10-15minutes. The villa itself has so much charm, with its little nooks and crannies. Dining on the balcony looking over the fields towards the mountains while the sun set made our week, it was beautiful. The pool is great, though maybe a little deep at the shallow end to be letting little ones run around unsupervised. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to eat there all week. We found ourselves using an outdoor barbeque for the first time in our lives and we were sorely tempted to use the pizza oven, but our cooking and firebuilding skills didn't stretch that far. This villa is set a little off the main road, affording near silence at times, with only the sound of the local wildlife to keep your ears occupied, but this means a car is essential for getting around. The owners were were a lovely couple and we remain thankful to them for allowing us to stay at their stunning villa. We definitely plan to return.
