This majestic country house, with private pool, is situated in Inca and can accommodate 5 guests.
The exteriors of this country house are astonishing. In addition to a majestic construction, the true wonder is the private salt pool, 7 x 3 m and 1 to 1.7 m depth, where to cool off after sunbathing. Then, the terrace invites you to make delicious barbecues and spend the afternoon chatting and admiring the views.

The house is distributed into two floors. From the terrace, you access to a beautiful glazed living-dining room, perfect to admire also here the amazing views while eating or relaxing. Immediately after, you gain access to the traditional style kitchen, equipped with gas hob, open to the living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music. This stay also has air conditioning and chimney. The laundry provides you with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathtub bathroom on this floor and another one with shower on the upper floor, where, as well as this bath, there are three bedrooms featured with wardrobe. Two of them has double bed, the third only a single bed. One of the two double bed dormitories also boasts air conditioning. There are 11 radiators in the house, apart from two cots and two high chairs at your disposal. The accommodation works with solar energy.

The villa is located at 4.5 km from Inca, a small city offering everything necessary as, for example, bars, restaurants, shops of all sorts, etc. Every Thursday in the morning there takes place its traditional street market. As being very centric in the island, you have easy and rapid access to any direction. The closest beach, Puerto de AlcĂșdia, is 21.7 km or about 25 - 30 minutes driving.

Au top!

La villa est recommandĂ©e! Une belle surprise :) Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par le propriĂ©taire, Gabriel Ă  notre arrivĂ©e tardive. La maison comprend deux grandes terrasses au mĂȘme niveau, la premiĂšre avec un panneau de basket la seconde avec le mobilier de jardin et la cuisine extĂ©rieure tout en trĂšs bonne Ă©tat. La partie couverte de la terrasse donnant accĂšs Ă  l'intĂ©rieure, a une grande table rectangulaire en bois et un salon avec une vue sur Inca et la Transmontana. À l'intĂ©rieure, la cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e avec le nĂ©cessaire de base pour une arrivĂ©e tardive. Il t'a un salon avec TV et cheminĂ©e. Concernant les salles de bains, une au rez de chaussĂ©e avec baignoire, wc, bidet, l'autre Ă  l'Ă©tage avec douche, wc, bidet. A l'Ă©tage trois chambres, une grande avec lit double avec climatisation, une autre en lit double et une avec deux lits simples, ces deux derniĂšres ont un ventilateur. La vue est agrĂ©able de l'Ă©tage! Concernant les extĂ©rieurs, il y a un parking pour les voitures sous un arbre, un terrain avec de la pelouse et la piscine au sel. Le propriĂ©taire passe arroser les plantes et entretien de la piscine plusieurs fois dans la semaine mais rien de derangeant car trĂšs discret! En note: la cuisine extĂ©rieure Ă  tout le nĂ©cessaire pour faire de grande paella, avec plancha, bbq, four Ă  pain! La maison est sur la colline de Santa Magdalena Ă  deux pas de l'autoroute, sans en avoir le bruit! La vue est top, le voisinage trĂšs calme, une fromagerie est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison! Sans aucun souci nous recommandons cette location.

Wesentlich schöner als erwartet

Wir haben im Oktober 21 2 ganz tolle Wochen in dieser Finca verbringen dĂŒrfen. Das GrundstĂŒck und das Haus an sich sind in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner und beeindruckender, als auf den Fotos. So sind wir bei der Ankunft im Dunkeln sogar 2x am Haus vorbeigefahren, weil wir dachten, dass es "DIESE" Villa ja wohl nicht sein kann. Das GelĂ€nde ist toll gepflegt, das Haus einfach, aber gut ausgestattet und bei 1-2 kleinen Problemen wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Wir wollten ruhige und entspannte Tage verbringen, abseits des Massentourismus und das haben wir hier bekommen! Von uns eine uneingeschrĂ€nkte Empfehlung!

We loved our stay! A beautiful villa with a great pool and plenty of areas to relax, eat and enjoy the superb views. The location is perfect for exploring, nowhere on the island is more than an hour’s drive. Whilst it’s in a quiet area there’s plenty of shops five minutes away. The only recommendations would be to upgrade the bed mattresses, we found them very thin, but that’s the only improvement required.

This place is just wonderful. We were to adults and three kids and stayed at Gabriels house for a week. The place has a fantastic location with beautiful surroundings. It is well maintained, very clean and spacius. We loved the saltwater pool. Actually we loved it all. :) Thank you. (Only 5 minutes to Inca. Easy to find. The wifi is not the best.)

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser historischen Finca sehr genossen, das GrundtstĂŒck ist groß und top gepflegt. Die Anbindung is top, man ist wirklich schnell in Inca oder auf der Autobahn. Das Haus ist perfekt!

Die Finca ist sehr sauber gewesen und es war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen etc. Gebraucht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten bei verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in ca 20 Minuten erreicht man Palma. Sehr zum empfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett und fragt ob alles in Ordnung war.

Sa Caleta is a beautiful house, with great views over the countryside towards Inca and the mountains. There is lots of space, both inside and outside, which was great as we had one rainy day. The air conditioning inside the main downstairs portion of the house is very good, and provides welcome relief on very hot days. I enjoyed some great road biking, both north into the mountains (including Sa Calobra) and south into the interior of the island. There is even a climb on your doorstep, up the Puig de Santa Magdalena (also a nice location for a delicious and reasonably priced dinner in the cafe at the former monastery) if you want to get some early practice on climbing/descending hairpin bends!

From my side a 100% recommendation!

It was an amazing place that really give your the opportunity to relax and unwind! The terrace is a dream and has sun all day including a perfect via over mallorca. Some bikers are always going up the hill but its still very private and quiet in may. Great outdoor kitchen. The owner is always reachable and helps if problems arise. If you are two adult couples or more you need to be aware that there is only on "big" bedroom and the other 2 rooms are more aimed towards kids but can be worked with. From my side a 100% recommendation!
