Villa Can Bon Jesus has been completely renovated in winter 2023 with top quality materials, natural stone bathrooms, new floors and new lighting. In addition, all the furniture, both interior and exterior, has been changed.

Surrounded by lush mature foliage and backed by the rugged Tramuntana foothills, Bon Jesus is the epitome of a cozy rural retreat whilst enjoying easy access to the excellent amenities of the town of Pollença as well as the beautiful beaches of the north coast. With good peace and privacy on the property, plus the convenience of being so close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy coastline, Bon Jesus is a great choice for a stress-free holiday.

The bright and well-presented interior is lovingly cared for by attentive local owners. Characteristic features include sloping beamed ceilings, a modern wood burning stove, modern style furniture and fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, WiFi, SAMART TV and satellite and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite (plus a third off the pool terrace) ensure that comfort levels remain pleasantly high.In addition to the lawn and poolside sun terrace two separate covered terraces are on hand to provide shade from the summer heat plus an attractive choice of options for dining, reading or snoozing!

From the east facing kitchen window and various vantage points around the grounds there is a lovely view across lush shrubs and oleander bushes to the sanctuary-topped Puig de Maria.



This part of Mallorca has it all… and it is all within easy distance! Strolling or cycling the intricate country byways is always a pleasure, as is taking a dip in the benign waters of the Mediterranean, enjoying the local water sports or just lazing on one of the sandy beaches at Cala Sant Vicenç (6km) or Port de Pollença (7km). There are many shops and lovely restaurants close by, the nearest (Es Moli) just 1.5km away is well known for its incredible value ‘menu del dia’ at lunchtime.

Great villa in a quiet but convenient location. When we had a small problem with the shower the service team responded straight away even though it was a Sunday and had a plumber on site the next morning. The only reason for a 4 on comfort is it would be nice to have a comfortable armchair to go with the sofa. We have stayed here before and will hopefully return here again.

We chose this villa due to its location and prior knowledge of Josep and SunVillas. Spacious family villa with exceptional outside space and privacy. Photos are very good representation of the villa. All communication with Josep was excellent. Spotlessly clean, kitchen well equipped. Outside laundry house excellent. Car required but we already knew this based on prior knowledge. If you're a cyclist, location is superb as your base. We booked to return after being here a couple of days. 5 stars.

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado una semana magnífica en Can Bon Jesus. La casa está muy bien renovada y decorada, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario. Los exteriores (piscina, zona de barbacoa, jardín y terrazas) están perfectamente mantenidos e invitan a pasar el tiempo en ellos. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila y privada pero cerca de todos los servicios. La atención de los anfitriones, perfecta. Muy recomendable. !Gracias y hasta pronto!
