Villa in quiet urbanization, Can Singala in Puerto Pollensa

Ibizan style villa in one of the best areas of Puerto Pollensa 150 meters from the sea and the pedestrian promenade of this town. It consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite, large living room with access to a spacious terrace and a pleasant interior patio that offers great privacy. It has a beautiful private pool of recent construction surrounded by a spacious garden that allows outdoor games making it ideal for family vacations and especially with children. Fully equipped and renovated has WIFI, satellite TV, air conditioning and a ping-pong.
It is located near the best beaches in the North of Mallorca such as Formentor and Alcudia and 15 minutes walk from the center of Puerto Pollensa, where there are a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and other local services.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Christina was a fantastic host and helped us when we encountered a bit of a problem with our online food shop. We had a great stay at this villa. Cristina was always on hand should we have any queries. The outside area and pool are lovely. The villa was only a 10 minute walk to the local Spar and the beach is at the end of the street. A lovely quiete residential area but close enough to restaurants and the pine walk into town. Would definitely like to come back again in the future

Fab short getaway!

The property was clean and tidy on arrival and in an excellent location. We could easily walk to the bars and restaurants and to the stunning coastline. The outside area is the best part of the villa with a gorgeous pool and patio area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family accommodation close to the Pine Walk

The villa is spacious, well maintained and stocked. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and all had aircon units. Bathrooms all had modern fitted showers and hot water supply was plentiful.The outdoor area was immaculately maintained with a good size salt water pool. Seating areas offered protection from the sun and there is also an outside BBQ (note that it’s traditional coal fired type) as well as a table tennis table.The villa is a 5 minute or so stroll to the Pine Walk and Pollensa Bay, and then it’s a picturesque 15-20 walk along the shore into town.The host was both helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. Would stay again!

Absolutely lovely villa. Pool and outside area fantastic. Well stocked kitchen. Fridge freezer huge, plenty of space for the beer and wine. Spent my 70th birthday in my favourite place. Would definitely recommend and rent again in future.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful 3 days in the villa. The outdoor area with the pool is particularly lovely - even more so than it looks on the photos!The location is great - very close to the seafront and a lovely walk along the pine walk to get into the town in the evenings. I would definitely recommend it. The property manager was very helpful and waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms are all nice, with their own bathrooms. I would recommend staying here.

A truly gorgeous villa in a perfect location

We had the most amazing stay at Cristina's villa. Everything worked perfectly, the villa is really comfortable, the outside space is stunning, it's about 3 minutes walk to the sea and it's located in the quiet end of Puerto Pollenca. We honestly had a perfect stay, and will be returning.

Perfect villa, fab host and a great location

This villa was perfect for what we needed, minutes from the pine walks and the beach and a short walk to the Store. It was really clean, well furnished and stocked with what we needed and Cristina was amazing at responding to our needs like bed guards for the kids. Loads of seating areas outside and a lovely clean pool and garden. Will definitely stay again.
