This 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhome has been completely remodeled from the ground up! New flooring throughout every room, along with completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. It is located just a hop, skip and a jump to Eagle Lodge and is perfect for your large group or family looking to relax in a quiet part of town. The townhome features vaulted ceilings, a large open floorplan in the living area, wood-burning fireplace, and dining area with seating for 10. This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances you would need to feel right at home. You'll also enjoy the private jacuzzi with gorgeous mountain views!

The master bedroom features a Queen bed, attached private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed and attached private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer a Queen bed with a shared bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids or singles with a total of 6 twin beds (1 bunk with 2 twin beds, and 2 twin beds with twin trundle beds underneath) and a shared bathroom at the bottom of the loft stairs with a single vanity and walk-in shower. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

A spectacular group or family townhome just a short walk to Eagle Lodge! This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There is no smoking and no pets permitted. The property was clean and in a good location. Felt like a good size for a group of 14. Our only complaints were there weren’t enough bath towels for 14 people, as it was stated there would be. There were only 2 towels per bathroom (8 total) which wasn’t enough for 14 people for 3 nights. The property was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms, which was nice.. but it definitely needed updates in some places. Several windows wouldn’t open and handles were broken, bed in master appeared to be previously “fixed” but was hanging on by a thread and squeaked so badly, the decking/hand rails on the balcony with the hot tub needs updated badly as it’s chipping and caused a splinter, and neither the trash compactor or the garbage disposal worked. There were several other updates needed as well.Overall the property was good and we enjoyed it. The views were great!

Family bonding trip.

It was a remodeled property as stated and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. I don’t believe the description showed that it was broken up into 4 floors: loft that had the bunks and trundles, main with kitchen and living room, and two lower floors with the bedrooms. It’s in a condo complex where there was no yard space. I would say the only real issue we had was that the window screens had recently been replaced and they didn’t fit properly. Since the unit does not have AC and we were there in late June, we had to have windows open, which allowed the bugs to come in. Maintenance did try to help, but didn’t have the right parts. Hopefully they’ll be fixed for the next guests. Other than that, it’s a very nice unit.

Perfect location

This was a wonderful house that has all the accommodations. The location is perfect to get around Mammoth. The best part of the house was using the living room for all of us to be in. The windows share a beautiful view of the mountains. Will definitely book this place again.

Amazing stay!

The property was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and filled with amenities! We had a wonderful time and also explored the very nice neighborhood. Guest services were very friendly and responsive. The well laid out living area and kitchen provided a natural congregation spot for the group. Great location but Jacuzzi didn't work

The condo is in a great location near Eagle. A short walk down the driveway to get to an Eagle ski run (in and out), although it's ~1 mile to drive to Eagle lodge. The condo is four floors: two bedrooms on bottom floor, two on the middle floor and loft above main floor. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and spices, etc. Several guests enjoyed the master bathroom spa tub (fits two people). The main disappointment was that the Jacuzzi wasn't heating. We called right away and someone came to look at it but it was never fixed. Having a private Jacuzzi as advertised in the VRBO title was a key draw for this property. Some additional maintenance items needed: the downstairs shower didn't get hot even though the hot water in the sink in that bathroom did; and the fireplace lighter was out of fluid. Recommend providing more detailed instructions about fireplace damper for those not familiar with lighting fires in fireplaces.

Great ski townhome

Overall great house with a great location to walk-on ski. House fit our group wonderfully. My only note is the kitchen pans were all bad along with a few other utensils. They could use some updating but otherwise everything was great.

Worst stay we have every had

This home should not be rented out in the condition that it is in. We encountered multiple problems during our stay. There were safety issues such as the master bathroom door which leads to the outside the property did not have a lock.it was visible that the lock had been removed. The garage would not close with our car parked inside. Multiple windows were broken and would not shut. The worst part of our stay was encountering a rat while we were sitting at the dinning room table. After futher investigation we discoverved rat droppings around the house.

Wonderful location within short walk to slopes

This property exceeded our expectations. We were 3 families of teenagers with a total of 12 and had more than enough room to hang out and relax! I do not think the description emphasizes enough how close this property is to the Bridges Run at the Eagle Lodge side of Mammoth.I hate to walk and carry all my gear, and I was able to do it no problem. It was just a really short walk and super easy to ski in and out and come back for lunch. It had all the kitchen cooking items needed to feed a serve a group of over 12 people. Also, the hot tub is huge and we kept it at 104 degrees and it felt wonderful after a long day of skiing. I strongly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

Nice Condo but needs repairs

Our group of 9 adults enjoyed our week vacation in this condo. It is nicely located being close to the Mammoth lakes and the shops and restaurants of Mammoth. We liked how quickly the management company responded when we reported some issues. A repairman was sent the same day to make the needed repairs. The repairman fixed several of the windows that would not open/close, the doorknob to the garage that was missing a screw and fell off, and the accordion door in front of the washer and dryer that would stick and was very hard to open and close. Unfortunately he could not fix several damaged window screens that let in bugs if the window was open or the broken lock to the bathroom at the bottom of the loft stairs. Our group would stay here again providing the above noted issues were corrected.

Perfect Spring Stay

The property is super quite, amazing view of the mountains from the hot tub and bedrooms with those views. Easy to access, warm, and the layout gives a sense of privacy among the many different people we had staying with us. The only things I would recommend would be some mainteance. Most of the window cranking mechanisms did not work, so opening the windows for fresh air was not easy. Also, the hot tub jets did not all work (although super hot!), and the mechanism to open and lower the hot tub was broken, so we had to take off the top and put back on with two people all the time . The sliding doors in many of the rooms were off track. The dryer doesn't turn off when using (fire hazard). So again, just seems to need a bit of maintenance. Overall great time.

Too many stairs

We did not realize it was 4 levels and with only 1 baby gate it was a little nerve racking! Also we were surprised at the lack of no patio furniture! It would of been nice to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the outside. Also the decks were very dirty! Needed to be hosed off! The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you might need to cook for large parties. The over all cleanliness of the house was good!

President weekend w/ friends, & family

We've been coming to Mammoth NTN for 13 yrs w/ 2 other families, & this was the first time we stayed in one condo/ house together. We had 10 people,b& we were able to spread out, & not feel crowded. The slopes was about 100 yrds down the hill which made it easier to come in for lunch, & at the end of the day. Sun rise views across the valley are spectacular. Overall a great weekend.
