Welcome to Stump Pass Place on Manasota Key. A perfect mix of comfort, nature and unmatched amenities. Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and making lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and much more!

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Lush tropical landscaping will lead you to your suite. Enter the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand. Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Remember, bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

Everything was as described. We went to the beach everyday, nice short walk. The chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and the CART to bring them all down to the beach were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

This is our fave beach spot!

This was our third stay at Stump Pass Place, and we hope to return again next year! They have literally ALL the beach stuff you need: coolers, wagons, booty boards, goggles, buckets/shovels, life vests... Condo is within walking distance to restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (both the Gulf side and the bay side. The kids loved riding the provided bikes around and has a blast on the provided kayaks and standup paddles boards.If you're considering Stump Pass Place, just book it!

Birthday Get Away

This was the perfect spot for a quick get away. It’s an hour and a half from the Tampa airport. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and activities. The state park is lovely.

Great location, Great vacation

Our party of 10 had a fantastic week at Stump Pass! The property is steps from the beach and the SUP’s, bikes, and kayaks kept us busy all week. The house was perfect as well, the best being the outdoor showers!!!! Highly recommended to all.

Great for families

Expectations exceeded!

We had an exceptional stay at this property! The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. It was immaculate; I was amazed when I wiped up some sand with a paper towel, and nothing else came up! There was more than enough room for our family and friends—eight of us in total—and we greatly appreciated the abundance of amenities. Having chairs, bikes, coolers, and umbrellas provided saved us the hassle of purchasing or renting them. We also enjoyed grilling dinner several nights, which added to our wonderful experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Pure Paradise.

Will stay again!

This property was in a perfect location and did not disappoint. It was convenient- the kayaks and bikes were easy to access. During a kayak trip, my son had a manatee swim right by him, and we saw dolphin jumping close to us. A lot of attention to details that made the stay enjoyable- lots of towels, outdoor showers, lots of seating indoor and out. Lots of shells and shark teeth, beautiful swimming, an endless beach.
