The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Mono, a stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Manchester, nestled between the vibrant Northern Quarter and Ancoats districts. The property features a contemporary design, an open-plan living space & a range of thoughtful amenities. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, salt and pepper. Consumables also include washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine capsule, a sponge, dish cloth, and 2 bin liners. There is a 6-seater dining table - perfect for enjoying a meal together or using as a workspace for those travelling on business.
Bedrooms
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, and ample wardrobe space. Each bedroom benefits from its own private bathroom.
Bathrooms
There are 2 modern bathrooms - one featuring a rainfall shower, and the other a bathtub. We provide bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Living area
The living area is bright and spacious, with large windows that flood the room with natural light. Settle into comfortable seating and unwind in front of the 55-inch smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. There is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building, as is typical of a city centre apartment.
Sofa bed
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team, who are on hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Extras & comfort
The apartment includes high-speed WiFi, a smart lock for self-check-in, portable fans, and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Safety features include noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Additional essentials include a hairdryer, iron, bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage.
Location & parking
Mono sits between Manchester's Northern Quarter and Ancoats - two of the city's most celebrated districts, known for their independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and vibrant music scene. Manchester Piccadilly station is a short walk away, making connections across the city and beyond effortless. The property is a single-level home accessible by elevator. A paid public car park is available off-premises.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect â an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 7th floor to access the apartment.
For those with mobility considerations, there is a small lip when entering the main building so please take care upon entry.
