Efficient, friendly check in. Free upgrade which was great! The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean with 2 very large & comfortable beds. Would definitely book again if coming to Manchester.

Hotel was soo clean. Freindly helpful staff. My apartment 2 bedroom delux was good with fantastic views, my only bug bear was the uncomfortable sofas and the lack of tv channels. However that aside enjoyed my stay and location.

The staff was very nice, but the room was very bare bones. We had to request additional bedding for our pull out couch as the set in the room did not appear to be clean. It was fine for the price, but would probably pay up for a nicer place if we return to Manchester. Location next to the train station and walking distance to Etihad was great.
