Our executive apartments are situated in modern buildings, recently build, that offers all the amenities and standards from an executive line. The Polana Plaza VII is composed by two bedrooms, one-bathroom, open kitchen, living area, balcony and private parking.

The apartment is located on a high floor, in the Polana Plaza building, situated on the cross of Avenue Armando Tivane with Avenue 24 of July.

In the living area you will encounter a sofa and one armchair, a Smart TV with 65'' and a dinning table that seats 4.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, silverware and cooking ware. All sets are composed of 6 units.

In the building you will find a fantastic gym and pool on the rooftop, which the guests can use at any time.

Parking spot is in the underground of the building.
