This tropical pool home offers everything you need for a perfect Florida Keys vacation! This home has been completely updated and comes with all new furnishings and bedding. This open floor plan home offers 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms and beautiful dcor and is located in the very desirable Sombrero Beach neighborhood.

*Please note there is construction activity on the lot next door to this home, as well as across the street. It is likely to be noisey on and off during these construction projects. If this is concerning to you, please reach out to us in advance of making a reservation.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, be advised that exterior security cameras are installed on the premises. These cameras are located outside the home and monitor the exterior areas only (e. g. , driveway, front door, backyard). There are NO cameras inside the home.

Security cameras are strictly for security purposes and to ensure guest and property safety.

Beautiful home close to restaurants and activities

The house was clean and as pictured in the listing. We were close to great restaurants and grocery store. We had fun exploring Marathon and doing various activities (boat rental, Turtle Hospital, snorkeling, putt putt, golfing and kayaking at Crane Point Hammock). We had one rainy day so went to the nearby movies. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock.

Great getaway!

The home was very clean and great location. We did have the AC unit go out on us but they provided window units to keep us comfortable. Although it sounded like an airplane when we were In The house, they did their job. Maybe, a few bikes, a cooler, beach bag, fans fishing poles could be provided to use for travelers coming in on a plane. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Home Away From Home

We found nearly everything we needed in this well-stocked property, and were happy with the convenience of the location--on the canal and walkable to Publix. The property manager was very responsive to the maintenance issues we encountered. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Little Getaway

This was a fantastic house, in a great location. Loved the layout the house, and the screened in porch. Pool was perfect for cooling off from the heat. Proximity to the grocery store made the stay. And, we were able to take a long walk to the beach. Looking forward to coming back.

We really had a great time only issue at check in no office entry and all the home packages were in an outside box - take a house any house sight unseen. When departing Saturday 8/21 - I get a call on the 20nth and returned it and was asked in what ways we damaged the home. Absolutely insane - because we actually fixed the backdoor handle and grill. On a positive note they didn't interfere with our vacation. The home is comfortable and very nice super equipped, dockage was wonderful including whips, a fisherman's delight. I would recommend this home to anyone. We were there 2 weeks

This house made our trip!

My husband and I brought our 2 sons ages 7 and 12 and our parents aged 71 and 78 to Marathon for a week long family vacation. This home literally made our trip a wonderful experience. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms! A perfect pool, 3ft deep, heated (we paid a little extra to have it warm), a screened in patio that was our outdoor living area, we sat in it so much, a fully stocked and organized kitchen and laundry room. Anything you can think of, this home has it. Cozy with an island feel. Open, airy and homey. An ice maker in the back yard was a huge convience and we grilled on the propane bbq. We even saw a manatee swimming in the canal along with pelicans and jumping fish. Lounge chairs galore and outdoor dining area. And a two minute walk to a huge Publix supermarket, gas station, liquor store, etc. Sombrero Beach is 2 miles down the street with a perfect little beach, playground, etc. The location and amenities of this house will not disappoint. We had a blast in your home!

Great stay!

The house is awesome and very clean! The ice machine and bait freezer makes all the difference in the world if you plan on fishing a good bit. The travel from the canal to the ocean was about 20-30 min but it’s as a nice ride. Would definitely stay here again!

I own and manage 50 vacation rentals in Tennessee. I can tell you this is hands down the nicest, most well stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it. Walking distance to Publix’s , has a sidewalk for walking the next street over. And only minutes from the beach. Just book it.
