The 2-floor villa comes with a lovely kitchen with an island and a hood and is completely furnished for an inspiring cooking experience. A comfortable living room area with a fireplace instantly warms you up. The wooden details and contemporary furniture make it a wonderful place after sunbathing all day. Four modernly equipped bedrooms come with modern en-suite bathrooms with rustic details. Two balconies overlook the pool and the court's area, surrounded by the Mediterranean flora.
A large terrace-set heated pool of 50 m2 is the main highlight of the villa. The second villa’s highlight would be the awesome tennis court, not many villas can boast with it. Alfresco dining table is perfect for serving barbecue meals with different types of Istrian pasta or truffles (tartufi).On request, the pool can be heated with a surcharge of 250€ per week. Please consult with our concierge department as the pool temperature depends on the weather conditions.
A paved path takes you to the verdant part of the plot where the outdoor lounge area, a playground for children, and a tennis court bathed in greenery are situated.
A spa room with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and relaxing spa chair is a bonus when it comes to a relaxing holiday. Here adults can enjoy while the children are playing at the playground, using PlayStation, or dive at the pool. The estate is wheelchair accessible and entirely covered with Wi-Fi. There is free parking for 5 cars.
The lovely estate is situated in the small village of Krnica, 22 km from the Pula town on the coast, and 3 km from the sea. In case you decide to visit this scenic region, we recommend visiting the famous Roman amphitheater Pula Arena.
