The best beach vacation is a 24/7 beach vacation. That’s what you get with this 1,100 square foot, 15th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

The morning begins with coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean and turquoise lagoons encircled by mangroves. What do you take with your coffee? On this trip, it comes with fragrant trade winds and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.

After breakfast, pack up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that come with the unit and cross the wooden boardwalk to the silken sands of Tigertail Beach. The activities here are never ending. Wade in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Go snorkeling in warm water filled with marine life. Or just lie back and watch dolphins play in the surf. When lunchtime arrives, you can enjoy a beachside meal at the Tigertail Beach Café.

Your 24/7 beach vacation continues in the comfort of your living room, where the rattan furnishings, floral fabrics and ocean-themed artwork create a tranquil, seaside ambience. Great family vacation spot!

The Marco Island stay was wonderful. We we on the 15th floor. Beautiful views. Close to a pool and a quarter mile hike to the Gulf Beach (Good for the heart). The sunsets were awesome. If we go to Marco Island again, we'll be repeating our stay.

the condo is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It's comfortable and very spacious. It's clean and it has everything you need to have a good time. the kitchen is well equipped. there is plenty of towels and bed sheets for your stay. I view is stoning. you can perfectly see the sunset every day from the balcony. We had a great time here at Marco. For sure we are coming back soon.

The view is spectacular!!

Just right for my husband and I. I had read in a previous review the condo was a bit dated. It was, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We were packing up for the beach and noticed the beach umbrella had seen its day. I called and we received a brand new umbrella within a half hour!! That view from the balcony is just gorgeous! We relaxed and enjoyed our stay!

The positives: Great location, beautiful beaches, great balconey to watch the sunsets. Quick and professional response from Marco island Vacation Rental in dealing with a few issues. Negatives: The kitchen has only the basics. No room to put groceries/ supplies. Overall It was comfortable but a tired space .

Both Bedrooms and the living room had the view and there is a balcony that runs the width of the condo. Clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Covered parking. Beautiful beach. Closet full of beach chairs, a cart, cooler, and umbrella. Close to restaurants and stores. Excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Check out Jack's for a dive bar experience and Stan's for live music - especially Sunday.Negatives: Long walk to the beach - 15-20 minutes (it's farther than it looks). Thin walls - the elderly neighbor blasted his TV all night. A call to management did not result in any improvement. If you sleep in the master bedroom bring earplugs. Garbage disposal didn't work which will cause problems eventually.We booked late due to travel cancelled to Mexico. Next time I would look for a property closer to the water.

Easy check in! Beautiful views from the balcony. It was nice to find beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for our use. The bathrooms were very clean but, no toilet paper holder in the master bath. The carpets throughout were dirty and stained.

Perfect weather and beach location

It was excellent from the weather to the location. Only hiccup was waiting to enter the property itself had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come to the door to pay parking fee. When they let me in I could see that the camera was right on my girlfriend sitting in the jeep waiting but after that it was wonderful the people at the gate were great and the rental management office itself off the property were wonderful

Reviewer Comments: Marco Island Vacation Properties was a pleasure to deal with. Smooth and seamless transaction. The unit itself is old and tired. The unit had an odor, the walls are dirty, the master bathroom shower curtain had a foul odor and needed cleaned. The bed linens are very old and appear to be hand me downs and well used. The towels are all mixed matched and old. There was no dish cloths or wash cloths. We actually purchased towels wash cloths and dish cloths at Walmart. The amenities in the unit are pretty worn and old. There were light bulbs not working and light switches that do not turn off bedroom fans or lights. The beach equipment is old and most of the items are broken and appear to be left from previous renters. There were actually broken items for beach use, 2 boogie boards broken in half, broken bent beach chairs. Take some pride in your rental. The location is great but the unit is less than desirable. Most things that are old and worn can be overlooked if there was any attention to detail or if the place was super clean. The owner should spend a few hundred dollars and update the towels and linens. I would look elsewhere unless there is nothing else to rent.
