Under new ownership, this beach house is less than a five minute walk to the beach access to Crystal Beach. This is very close to the JW Marriott, and is an uncrowded part of the beach. It is so close that you can walk home for lunch!
The house has been renovated with a granite kitchen and bathrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and twins. There are three tv's and three dvd players.
The lanai is quite large and the pool has salt water filtration. Best of all, it is southwest facing so you will get sun late morning and all afternoon! There is a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. There are empty lots on each side of the property which will give you less noise and added privacy.
Ring Door Bell ..

There is a washer and dryer. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy the outside shower!

Cable and internet provided... Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

We have a small dog and couldn’t book a condo on the beach. This house is as close to the beach that also allows pets. Great pool and location. The bikes in the garage came in handy. Great vacation!

Christmas at the beach

My husband, myself, daughter, son in law, their pup and our son enjoyed celebrating Christmas in this lovely home.Location could not have been better.Outdoor area was wonderful we ate all of our meals outside.House was very clean with everything we needed for our stay.Host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. This house offered a prime location to the beach, yet off of the main road. The heated pool was used daily by all and the safety features were comforting to parents of small children. We easily accessed the beach and were grateful for the beach supplies available for us to use. Additionally, the house was comfortable and accommodated our family with all needed items- kitchen utensils and equipment, outdoor grill area, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a closet full of towels. Our host, Denise was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She responds quickly and professionally- even putting up a Christmas tree since she knew our family, with three kids, would be celebrating Christmas morning at the house. Overall a great home.

Family vacation

We stayed in April of 2024. This is an amazing three bedroom house that was beautiful inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of other activities and we had also planned and went on a private shelling excursion, a shark fishing trip, an airboat ride and a Python hunting trip.

Spring break 2023

My husband and I rented this house and stayed in it for 8 days with our three boys- ages 14,11, and 9. The house was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat- less than .4 miles to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and the JW Marriott. I would highly recommend this property.

Great home!! gray hosts!!

It was our first trip to Marco Island and Denise and Paul greeted us upon our arrival and gave us the lay of the land and some restaurant tips. We had a great week, walking over to the beach, relaxing by the pool, barbecuing a bit and dining at some great restaurants. The house is meticulously maintained inside and out. We highly recommend it if you plan a trip to Marco Island!!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cute home. The location was great for enjoying the beach and other amenities in the area. The house was equipped with everything we needed including kitchen and dining items and beach and pool toys. We all had a wonderful time. We wanted to spend 5 days in Marco Island and decided to reserve this place based on the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We're a family of 5 and the house had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, and looks like they'd been recently updated. Bedrooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Great pool, loved eating on the lanais. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, which had spectacular sand and seashells. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying at this house. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were greeted by our friendly hosts who gave us a tour of the property. We were informed that there was a pack n play and high chair available for us to use for our toddler and that was very nice. We were very familiar with the area and knew this place was the perfect location. The beach access is right across the street which was very convenient. We loved walking over for sunsets. It was also close to many restaurants. We loved the pool and shaded outdoor seating area for both us and our toddler. Overall, it was a great stay! We were able to spend time with family that was local and had a great and memorable vacation!

Extended family vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and when communicated that ceiling fan did not work the owner had it repaired quickly. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Lanai and pool were fantastic, plenty of chairs around pool. Beach access and supplies (wagon, toys, cart, umbrella, boogie board, chairs, and more were great. Kitchen was well stocked with most necessities. We cooked often on grill. Outdoor shower was an added bonus.
