The Hinson House is a wonderful inviting and comfortable place. Karen made our stay enjoyable and restful. She was a welcoming and gracious host. We will stay at the Hinson House for future stays..

I never had a chance to check this B&B out, my plans were changed so I had to cancel. The owner was very cordial and helpful. I will definitely stay there when my plans are rearranged.

A delightful B&B
My wife and I decided that our forty fifth anniversary trip would be a northwest Florida nature-themed one.The Hinson House was a delightful place to end each adventurous day. The home was lovely and relaxing. Karen, our hostess, was welcoming and so knowledgeable about the Marianna area, past and present. And she prepared yummy breakfasts with special touches. You won't go wrong if you're looking for first rate B&B accommodations.

Lovely stay at a charming inn
We had an amazing time at this bed-and-breakfast. The innkeeper was delightful with lots of local information to share as well as delicious food. She was so hospitable and we would definitely look to go back.

Very enjoyable few days.
It's a beautiful historic building. Set on a busy road but you get used to the traffic noise. Brenda is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are amazing!! Nice touch is that wine/beer is provided free of charge so you can relax in the evening.

great Victorian B & B, excellent innkeeper
Extremely pleasant B&B. Country/Victorian decor not really to my taste, but loved it anyway and it really fits this place. Fun wandering around, and had use of large livingroom (great comfy chairs and reading light) and kitchen (wine, snacks). Our innkeeper/hostess was even better -- immediately on our arrival, she called the nearby Florida Caverns State Park to sign us up for a night cave tour that hadn't been posted online. She served us a delicious hot breakfast in the beautiful diningroom (china dishes and all), and spent a lot of time answering questions about the area. She obviously loves her job and her town, and knows it really well.
