This Beautiful 2,500' 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath is the perfect retreat when coming to visit Yosemite.
The large Back Yard with the almost 1000' foot deck, Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Market Lights really set a relaxing ambiance.

The Space:
With only a 8 minute drive to historic Mariposa, this large 2500' foot home features 3 Bedroom a large floor plan with a kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast area with plenty of seating for the family and a window that overlooks the flowers and front yard.
The spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed also features a Master Bath with a jetted Soaking Tub and sliding door that leads out to the beautiful wood deck.
The guest Bedrooms feature Queen beds and closets to fill your needs.
The large deck features a BBQ, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating. Step down to a spacious yard area where deer, turkeys, fox and a bobcat have been spotted.

The house has a nicely furnished Living Room and features a large 84" TV for your entertainment. There are sliding doors to the deck from the Living Room and Family Room.
The Family Room also features comfortable furnishings,a sofa with a full sized pull out bed, and a 75" TV.

The beautiful Dining Room table seats 8 people and is just of the Kitchen/Breakfast area.

Yosemite Vacation
We really enjoyed staying here. The house is a few minutes from downtown Mariposa. The host Dylan is probably the best host we have delt with. He kept us informed of everything. This home make a great base to see the sites there are many! Mariposa it's self is the friendliest town! Take Dylan's suggestions for restaurants they were spot on. Thank you for your hospitality

Not bad for last minute
Place is dated and could use some renovations. Very large space and plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Located 1 hour and 15 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Not a bad trip. The town with shops and groceries is about 10 minutes away.

Dylan was such a fantastic host. His home is delightful, would love to bring our family back.
The home is secluded, and peaceful. Great location to town, with a feeling of being out in the hills. Everything we needed was there. Great care is obviously taken to ensure an amazing stay.

Absolutely amazing!
My wife and I wanted to see Yosemite and some of the other national parks nearby and booked this wonderful property. It was absolutely amazing. Not only is it large and spacious, with plenty of room for kids and entertaining, but it is tucked away in the foothills just outside Mariposa in the middle of nature, and it is incredibly quiet and peaceful there. The price is more than fair, an amazing bang for your buck. The drive to Yosemite is relatively short, roughly an hour, and honestly you won't get a better drive into the park than that unless you're camping there or staying in a place that's much more expensive and closer. If/when we find ourselves in the area again, I would definitely stay here a second time!

Amazing cabin/house in the mountains
My family and I have enjoyed this property so much more than words can describe. Spacious, extremely clean, nicely decorated, great and quiet location. We've always lived in big cities so vacationing in this house really allowed us to enjoy the country side and nature. We even woke up one day to have breakfast to see deers in the front having breakfast themselves. It was the best.
