There is no laundry service available at this hotel which was advertised & what we had planned on using immesiately upon checkin after our trip to the desert. We could not find laundry services we needed anywhere convenient & had to wear dirty cloths for 3 days. Also, despite the images & videos of super fun pool games there were none, so we played made-up games with an empty waterbottle and ping-pong balls....which we were told by the lifeguard we werent allowed to play as the waterbottle was garbage & not a toy :(

First time to stay here and found it to be a great hotel given its a 4 star . Easy access to a lot of places and transport , great restaurants and buffet . Staff go over and beyond to assist with any queries . Manager accommodated us when we decided to stay an extra night . Entertainment through out the day was amazing with lots of activities at the pool Gym facilities are great too Definitely worth staying at if you want impeccable service

My flights were very very late and I was happy to see that they had someone at reception 24 hours. The room was nice, but someone had left the balcony door open so it was very cold and there were some bugs flying around inside. Room was everything I expected it to be. I was happy that they had toiletries and the breakfast was good.

I would definitely never recommend wazo hotel. Over chagred, dirty, no valueables can be left in the hotel as the safes are portable and not bolted down. L, the first safe didnt work when brought to thwre attention someone walked inw ith a differnt safe under his arm to be replaced. When i asked about bolting the safe down he is not possible.

We tried to check in a little early but could not so we came back 15 minutes after check-in time and the rooms were still not ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to end up with the last rooms in a gigantic hallway with a view of an empty field. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but again not a 4-star hotel by our standards.

Bills it’s self as a 4* hotel, rooms are in dire need of a make over, no robes, slippers or water in the room. More like a 2* or at the very best a 3*. No tea or coffee making facilities either. Breakfast was very bland, no flair at all, the only thing going for it was that it was cheap, however I would have paid double if it was better. I will definitely not grace this place with my presence again
