L'appartement est situé au RDC de notre maison, mais avec une entrée indépendante.
Il est constitué d'une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, un WC, une cuisine américaine et un coin salon.
5 personnes peuvent y loger sans être à l'étroit.
Le logement donne accès à une terrasse couverte, le jardin en commun avec nous, le BBQ, le salon de jardin, etc.
