Beautiful trulli finely restored and equipped with every comfort 4 beds consisting of:

- nÂș 1 sovereign trullo with double bed and possibility of adding a bed;
- nÂș 1 alcove with two nicely arranged bunk beds;
- living room with table, chairs, TV, WiFi connection;
- equipped kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, fridge, microwave and equipped with all necessary utensils;
- bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, elegant and comfortable shower, hairdryer;
- fireplace, central heating and thermal blankets;

- mosquito nets at each window.

Idéal pour découvrir les Pouilles

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon moment dans les Pouilles grùce à notre hÎte. L'hébergement atypique nous a offert une immersion totale dans l'histoire de cette Italie du sud. Les villes et villages sont exceptionnellement riches en culture et architecture. Martina Franca est un lieu riche et faisait écho à notre ville tourangelle Tours pour son lien avec Saint Martin. Et si la culture n'est pas votre tasse de thé, la piscine ouverte 24h/24 est tout simplement délicieuse.

Super séjour dans la vallée d'Itria

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce joli trullo. Le logement est parfaitement entretenu et propre. Les extérieurs ainsi que la grande piscine ont fait notre bonheur. Petite précision concernant les deux chambres, il s'agit en réalité d'une grande chambre parentale et d'une alcÎve fermée par un rideau pour les enfants. Cela n'a pas été un souci avec notre fille de 13 ans. Merci à Elisabetta pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande disponibilité.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour chez Elisabetta. Le cadre est parfait pour un sĂ©jour dĂ©paysant dans la VallĂ©e d'Itria. La rĂ©alitĂ© est mĂȘme supĂ©rieure aux photos !!! Les enfants se sont rĂ©galĂ©s avec la piscine et le logement typique de la rĂ©gion, avec sa cuisine et douche extĂ©rieure ,est top. Elisabetta est trĂšs sympathique et ouverte Ă  la discussion. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s.

La propriĂ©tĂ© est magnifique entourĂ©e d’une vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante avec comme point centrale une superbe piscine que l’on apprĂ©cie grandement aprĂšs une journĂ©e de visite. Le logement est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et la terrasse ombragĂ©e permet de prendre les repas Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et d’avoir la vue sur le jardin. Les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ© ce qui reste trĂšs pratique. Merci encore Ă  Elisabetta qui est toujours disponible.

Accueil trÚs chaleureux d'Elisabetha et sa famille. Ils nous ont mis trÚs à l'aise, on s'est sentis comme à la maison. Hébergement dans un trullo agréable et propre. L'extérieur est spacieux, aménagé avec goût, et trÚs bien équipé. La localisation est parfaite si on souhaite sillonner la région car trÚs centrale.

Trulli cosy et hÎtesse aussi sympathique qu'attentionnée

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce trulli, idéalement situé (ne surtout pas manquer la visite d'Ostumi!). Dommage que notre séjour ait été si court car nous n'avons quasiment pas profité de la piscine (trÚs agréable et appréciée aprÚs une journée de visite)du jardin et des jeux qu 'Elizabetha met à la disposition de ses hÎtes. - Accueil chaleureux et sympathique d'Elizabetha et de sa famille - Intérieur du trulli coquet et propre - Nombreux villes et villages à visiter aux alentours

Het verblijf was super, schoon en een zeer lieve en behulpzame host (Elizabetta en Beppe) waren enorm gastvrij, meedenkend en super lief. Een geweldige locatie om dorpjes en steden te verkennen; Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni en Alberobello dichtbij. Matera, Monopoli, Bari en Lecce zijn ook prima te bezoeken vanaf deze locatie. De prachtige trulli en nogmaals zeer zeer gastvrije en behulpzame Elizabetta in combinatie met de ligging en mooie tuin maken het echt magisch.

The house, the grounds, the pool and the location were all perfect. Elisabetta was a perfect host and gave us suggestions and support whenever we needed it. The house is close to lots of great places to visit - Ostuni was our highlight. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer.

Amazing trullo in the heart of Puglia

We stayed at Elisabetta's for 2 weeks, and the whole experience was amazing. The trullo is very nice, cool at night, and it was sparkly clean when we checked in.  The rest of the property is equally great. There's everything you need, from a quiet hammock among the trees to a super swimming pool, ping pong tables, and a pickleball court. The property is a stone's throw's from Martina Franca and is the perfect base to explore all the white towns around. Elisabetta was the perfect host, too. Always available for questions, and was super nice to just have a chat and practice my Italian :) We're all very happy with the experience, and we'll be looking forward to returning!

Gorgeous Property and Great Location

We loved our four-night stay in this trullo farmhouse. Elisabetta is a wonderful host, very generous and kind, helpful in every way. The property is amazing -- there are actually three separate apartments, plus extensive outdoor areas including a huge pool and pickle ball court. It would be ideal for a family get-together or three couples traveling together to book the entire property! All three apartments have been remodeled and updated with very tasteful decor and high-quality fabrics, bed linens, towels. There is ample gated parking on site. The property is a five-minute drive from Martina Franca and a 20-minute drive to neighboring towns such as Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino. Elisabetta lives in a house on the property and is very responsive/available if you have questions or need advice on outings, restaurants. We highly recommend this property as your base in the Valle d'Itria. If you want to do some hiking nearby, the Bosco delle Pianelle has lots of well-marked trails -- impossible to get lost as there are signs with maps at each intersection. Very pretty park. Enjoy!

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben uns mit 2 Kindern (6&9J) in Elisabettas Trullo wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum, der Pool sehr sauber und alles drum herum sehr gepflegt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wĂŒrden immer wieder bei Elisabetta zu Gast sein. Denn sie ist das Herz dieses Hauses, sie ist sofort zur Stelle wenn man sie braucht und man merkt das sie das gerne mit Leib und Seele macht. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit bei euch und bis bald.

Wonderful villa with fabulous outside space and ball games for all ages!

We spent too nights at Elisabetta's villa and it wasn't long enough! We loved the pool area and used the barbeque and outdoor seating one evening. Elisabetta was very helpful in advice on where to shop, eat and explore. We spent one evening in Martina Franco in the old square for dinner which was worth a visit, with great food and a buzzy atmosphere. The kids(23 and 21) slept in the twin bedded room and just fit into the beds, but my son is 6ft 3 so worth mentioning as the photo makes them look small. They are suited more for younger kids but it worked no problem. Elisabetta was also very helpful when I left a small item behind and letting me know so we could arrange a collection. Puglia is beautiful and worth a visit and staying here was perfect.

Wunderschöne "Trulli" Unterkunft

Gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern (6 & 8 Jahre) haben wir eine unglaublich schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft und das gesamte GrundstĂŒck ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Vor allem hervorzuheben ist der riesige Pool mit einem großzĂŒgigen schattigen Sitzbereich. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Sprungbrett in den Pool. Die Lage ist lĂ€ndlich, bietet jedoch die Möglichkeit in ca. 20 Minuten die wunderschönen StĂ€dte Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo und Alberobello zu erkunden. Die Gastgeberin Elisabetta ist super nett und hatte einige gute Tipps fĂŒr uns. Alles in Allem die perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr einen authentischen Urlaub im Itria-Tal.

Great place, warm welcome!

We spent a very relaxing week here in August. A lovely property with a fantastic pool and the little football pitch was a hit with our son! The Trullo is very well located for day trips and handy for Martina Franca which we thought was a great place. Elisabetta is a wonderful, thoughtful host and she made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay close to Martina Franca

We had such a wonderful time staying in Elisabetta's gorgeous Trulli! She was so warm and welcoming, with helpful advice. The Trulli was perfect for our needs - cool and comfortable, and with lovely nooks and crannies. The outdoor areas were stunning - we loved the outdoor shower and breakfast / dinner area, we all loved the pool, and the calm atmosphere of staying here. Perfect location to visit the gorgeous local towns for dinner and to go to Matera for the day. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

A fantastic stay 😊

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your Trullo. Elisabetta was the most amazing host, and it was a pleasure to meet her family and partner Pepe. We received such a warm welcome, the Trullo was immaculate, comfortable and homely. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool and playing soft tennis on the court. What an amazing property. Elisabetta helped us to plan our stay and told us of all the local attractions. The surrounding towns are well worth visiting, exploring the historic centres, taking in the local coffee and cakes and visiting the many Trulli houses. We also ventured to the north coast and enjoyed the Italian beaches, and had an exciting morning in a local market. Elisabetta kindly cooked us a delicious local dish with rice potatoes and mussels, and felt totally spoilt. We would like to thank you so much for such a memorable few days, I feel like we have made new friends and we didn’t want to leave your haven. A piece of Puglia bliss

The villa is situated in the midst of some stunningly preserved towns and incredible beaches. Whether it be Martina Franca, Ostuni or further afield Monopoli or Polignano there’s so much to see and do. We even ventured further to the Ionian coast with its crystal clear seas which we suggest you simply must do. The villa served as a perfect base to travel and then on lazier days we could make the most of the lovely pool area with quality and comfortable furniture masses of shaded areas and if you’re feeling full of energy a bit of ping pong or shoot some hoops. We used the outside kitchen most evenings and thoroughly enjoyed using the shower situated under a pine tree. The accommodation perfected suited our family of 2 adults a 10 year old plus a teenager. A Trulli special holiday. Thank you Elisabetta and family for being lovely hosts.

Fantastic trulli in a great location.

This Trulli is lovely! Set in a large garden/ orchard, with a gorgeous pool and outdoor seating areas. We loved the covered outdoor eating/barbi area and the outdoor shower. Elisabetta was a charming and helpful host.

Lovely stay in a beautiful house and playground with a fantastic hostess

We arrived too early but our hostess Elisabetta did everything so that we can check in our room. The Trulli was beautiful and very authentic. It was tastefully decorated. Outside we had two terraces available for sitting, eating and staying. There was also a swimming pool with lovely sun beds and umbrellas. It is a great place to visit many towns and villages in the area. We received from Elisabetta many useful tips about the places to visit in the area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Trullo with amazing pool

We spent a wonderful relaxing week in this unique property. The Trullo is lovely, set in beautiful grounds with a stunning swimming pool area. It is located in a quiet area but conveniently only 5 minutes drive from Martina Franca and 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. Alberobello, the caves and other sites are all within short driving distance. There is a mini-market and a couple of restaurants less than 2km away. The owner is lovely, warm and welcoming. We had a most perfect stay here and thoroughly recommend it!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Trulli.

As a family or 4 (2 teenage girls) we stayed at this property for 2 weeks in early July. It was our first time in Apuglia, stopping in a Trulli. The location was perfect , peacefully yet in easy reach of Martina Franka and several other local towns that had a wealth of shops, resterants and historic buildings. We spent many days lazing around the pool and enjoying the property's facility's that made you feel like you were staying in your own little country retreat. The propert owner, Elizabetta, spoke very good English and was very helpful with recommendations and interesting little bits of information about the area. She made us feel very welcome with exactly the right amount of help and support without being in any way intrusive. Many thanks to Elizabetta and her family. All round I would definatley recomend a stay at this charming property.

Magnificent Trullo With Fabulous Hosts

We had a fabulous holiday at Trullo De Bemm, this was not only because of the gorgeous accommodation, gardens and pool but because of the host Elisabetta and her lovely family. We very much felt that we had all the privacy we needed but Elisabetta was on hand to give advice, help with issues and let us taste a local dish and some cake! It was the prefect set up for us with a pool to spend some lazy days at or for cooling down in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. The Trullo itself had everything you needed to relax and cook meals if you choose to do so. The outside dining area was perfect and the outside shower a novelty. It was cool over night and the bed is very comfortable. The location is also perfect - close to lots of nice small towns and a 25 minute drive to the beach. There were also some restaurants close by - we particularly enjoyed Sale & Pepe for lovely pizza and Santoro for local wine, cheeses and meats - the wine was so nice we took 3 bottles away with us! Martina Franca is close by and is great for amenities, restaurants and post dinner ice cream. Another highlight was a trip to Matera, a stunning unesco world heritage site of houses carved out of the rock - truly a site to behold. We had an amazing holiday and would love to return, the holiday was made perfect by the chats and the kindness we had with Elisabetta and her family and I am grateful to have been able to share a little part of their lovely country and lives.
