This comfy home is part of a beautiful duplex in a quiet part of Maryville. Located just 15 miles from Foothills Parkway, 22 miles from the overlook of the US129, Tail of the Dragon, and 60 miles from Cherohala Skyway.

Charming, quiet duplex located on 1 acre. This cozy retreat features two bedroom and one bathroom, offering ample space for a relaxing stay. Both rooms each have a spacious king bed. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, family/friends or business travelers looking for a quiet not too far from the city space.
We keep the property stocked with K-cup coffee, sugar and creamer. Pam oil is provided for cooking. Liquid dish soap and sponges are on the sink.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensil, pots, pans, dishes, air fryer, water kettle and utensils. If there is something you need and donât have, feel free to reach out to host.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer.
Washer and dryer are available for use.
Pet Rules - All pets must be listed on reservation when booking - Max 2 pets. - Must be housebroken (no puppies!) - Please avoid having pets on furniture and beds. - Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (and crate if using). - Please avoid leaving pet unattended and/or tied up outside. - Please pick up all pet poop, especially if it is in the driveway. - Pet fee is $50 per stay. - If you allow visitors - we note they are not permitted to bring pets. - You will be fined for for undisclosed/unapproved pets.
Outdoor lawn maintenance/lawn care is possible during bookings.
Parties are not allowed on property.
Maximum 6 people are allowed in home.

Garage is not assessable for the guest. Bathroom closet is also not assessable for the guest.
Please park behind the house on your respective side of the duplex. The Host recommends you back up into the parking space.
There is additional parking in front of the garage if needed.
Car Enthusiast - My driveway is low car friendly but not slammed car friendly! I recommend entering and leaving at an angle into the driveway.
Communication was excellent with easy instructions to check-in. The area is very quiet and feels remote, but still a close drive to stores and restaurants. The home was well appointed with modern decor. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay!
The prop needs a thorough cleaning inside and out! Old rug, baby pool, trash, etc. laying along side of house, utility pole laying in yard, and other broken lights, etc. along driveway. Rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. Living room was comfortable. Kitchen was a mess. Dirty dishes, glasses, pots, etc. in the cabinets and a pan full of burnt grease in the oven. Floors, countertops, and cabinets were dirty and sticky. Debris on the floors throughout. Bathroom was good (once I got rid of bath mat which was sitting in water/mildew on the floor - obviously not moved or cleaned by housekeeper.) Contacted host and she immediately brought over a new vacuum and apologized. I purchased a mop. Location is good with plenty of shopping, restaurants and easy access to highways. Not a walkable area - too narrow and curvy street but plenty of walking trails and parks around to take a dog to (via car). Quiet area at night.
