Needs maintenance

Pros: Staff were very polite and professional
Cons: Building is in serious need of maintenance
Location: About 20 minutes from Akwesasne which is why we came. Didn’t explore the area.
Staff was friendly, food was good. Hotel is old and worn. Our room smelt musty, thick ice along the inside of bottom window frames, and bathroom fixtures were so loose they felt as if they would fall off. Other than that the room appeared clean. Throughout hotel there were water stains on the ceilings and cracked molding, bricks were on ground outside the entrance where they had fallen off the building. Definitely not worth what we paid, discovered that even though we were told we got a discount we paid twice what they were charging that day.

Conveniently located downtown hotel.

This hotel, conveniently located in charming downtown Massena, is easy to find and access. The overall condition of the hotel is good with tasteful modern decor. The room was clean but, unfortunately, smelled of cigarette smoke. All in all a pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff!

We stayed one night and it was a wonderful time. The breakfast was great and so was the staff.

Great place to stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The lobby was inviting and comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. My room was lovely and the jacuzzi was great. I will be back and wouild highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel

very honest staff

My son lost his wallet in the room he stayed in and reported it to front desk, he had credit cards, his ID, ss card, and close to $400 cash, we live in Oklahoma. Yesterday it came to him in the mail from the motel, You never see that anymore, not many honest people in this world anymore. We figured it was gone for sure, I caint thank them enough for finding it and actually sending it back to him with his cash still in it. That goes to show you there are still some honest people left. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this motel, they are very honest people.
