Not the apartment we had chosen

We arrived on time 5pm...No one came to meet us ...we waited for 30 minutes...called the number we had been given but it went straught to answer machine ....we hadto get a spanish friend to translate..finally simeone arrived after 3 telephone calls ..my friend had no sheets or pillows , we asked but no one came , we hadto ask a cleaner who got us some sheets after 3 days the apartment was not the one we had chosen , it smelt of smoke and damp ...we never saw anyone throughout our stay and hadto put the keyes through the door ....tye offuce was not open throughout pyr stay

Not the property shown on the website

The apartment was nothing like the photos shown on the website. It wasn't even within the complex though we did get braceletes for the complex. It smelt of smoke and wasn't particularly clean especially the skirting boards. We arrived at 17.00 to collect and we had to wait over an hour for someone to get the keys for us and it also took several phone calls via an interpreter to get someone to open the office. The office didn't open for the whole time we were there. There was no kettle, safe deposit box as described on the property details. There were no sheets for the sofa bed and it took till Thursday when there were some cleaners by our property to provide us with sheets, pillowcase and blankets. It was assumed that we were a couple which we are not. The bottle holder in the fridge door was broken so we were unable to use it, also the bathroom door was difficult to open as it got stuck half way open. There was no wifi code for the apartment as described on the property details and I was unable to connect the host as I had no internet connection.
