Welcome to your stylish 80 m² villa in M’bour – just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2022, this modern home impresses with high-quality amenities, air-conditioned rooms, and a spacious terrace with sea views.

The property features two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as an additional bedroom upstairs with its own living area and kitchen. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there are also two outdoor toilets – ideal for families, couples, or business travelers.

The well-maintained garden and swimming pool invite you to relax (outdoor areas are shared with two other villas). A cleaning service is included, and a cooking service is available on request.
